After a couple of months I called again, the couch was lumpy, the same serviceman, same result. I called the Sofa Store talked to the store manage, I told her I was not satisfied with the couch and wanted to return it. They offered me a 20% discount on a new couch. The Sofa Store sells couches, I paid $2000 for a couch that was junk and they would do nothing about it. I would not recommend them or their products.

We returned to this store who now has a different store manager from the original purchase. Aracelli, the store manager was extremely helpful in advising what I needed to do to file a claim. After I filed a claim, the company sent a mattress specialist to determine the issues with the matress. Once the claim was approved which did not take long, I returned to the store again to get a replacement mattress, and was again greeted by Aracelli. She was extremely helpful and most patient with us. Showed us many different mattress' that would be helpful with our concerns. I would say she spent 4-5 hours with us. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the many selections to choose from. Once we chose which mattress we felt was suitable for us, she made the transaction seamless. Mattress Warehouse did give us a full credit for the mattress we were having issues with. I wanted purple because of the color of the walls were purple. They told me it was available at the warehouse. I pre-paid for everything in advance & Then I received a phone call that Purple was actually not available. I was disappointed that I was told it was available but it wasn't. So I was told only a queen size mattress bed set in white was available at the warehouse and because of their error. I could have it for the same price. I was happy to take a bigger size for the same price. It also came with two free pillows. This is a family owned establishment. The brother and sister were so nice and helpful. They also offer delivery at a very reasonable price. As long as your in the area. They only do delivery and you would need to set it up yourself. My husband set the bed up. The bed is soooooooo comfortable. They have more than just bedding. Nice furniture as well. Definitely check them out if you're ready to save on some cash. I'm so glad that I did!! About 1 year and 6 months ago, I purchased a bedroom set from Regency Furniture, including a bed, mattress, drawer chest, and dresser. I received all items except the dresser, even though the dresser and the delivery/assembly fees were paid in full at the time of purchase. Shortly after my purchase, the store where the order was placed closed. Since then, I have visited several nearby Regency Furniture locations with my receipt to ask for help. Each time, staff were courteous and tried to look up the order in their system. They informed me that the dresser would be ordered or made available, but I did not receive any follow-up communication or delivery. At this point, more than 18 months have passed, and the dresser has still not been delivered. I am writing this review to share my experience and to request that the company help resolve this long-pending issue by either providing the dresser or advising me on the appropriate next steps. I hope this situation can be resolved soon.
