Wonderful shopping experience here on a Sunday morning. Miguel was super helpful and patient, taking us on a tour of many mattresses until we found the right one for us. There wasn't any pressure to make a decision so we felt relaxed throughout the browsing experience. Buying a new mattress is an expensive commitment but spending money on the right bed is worth it! 10/10 service & selections! Was lucky to have store manager Miguel help me find my bed. We tested out quite a few until I got the one that felt right. He was very patient, kind and definitely NOT a pushy push over salesman. I also had the pleasure of being assist by a kind lady the following day. While I was waiting to be checked out, instead of having me stand around I was offered to sit & try out their massage chairs. A win-win situation. Gosh, I wished I remembered her name. I walked in here and the staff seemed really bored and didn't even look up at me. I did get a greeting but in a very mechanical blase manner. My family bought a mattress here and was assured that the supposedly "firm" mattress they bought had a long warranty. After only 6 months the mattress is not bouncing back and has DENTS where people lay. Literally the shape of the bodies can be seen when people aren't lying in it. Mattress Firm's "warranty" process is like writing a novel. You have to take something like 20 photos from all angles, including build a lame contraption with a string and take photos with the string. Well... we did all of that and guess what? No warranty. Nothing is going to be honored. Why? Because my Mom made the mistake of partially cutting the tag off. Turns out that they won't honor the warranty if the tag is even cut partially. Yep... you must let the tag remain even when it cuts your leg or gets in the way of making the bed. Nowhere was there a warning to not cut the tag. We are out $1100 and stuck with a bed that looks the one in Psycho where Norman Bates kept is mother. Mattress Firm is a DO NOT recommend. They can't be bothered to lift a finger to help old folks get a good night's rest or to recover their $1100 on their fixed incomes. AVOID unless you like a body forming mattress that fits like a plaster mold. read more

On December 20, my boyfriend bought a full-size mattress from Matt at Mattress Firm. When he went to pick it up from the company warehouse at 93rd and Buckeye, the warehouse person brought him a box with "Queen Size" on it. The warehouse person said it was mislabeled and was actually a full-size mattress. Only after my boyfriend brought it home and took it out of the box, unrolling it, did he realize the mattress was queen size. We went to the store the next day to arrange to exchange it, Chris said they would deliver it from 9 am to 3 pm the next day. We arranged our day according to their delivery schedule. We went to the warehouse after Brandon R. said we could check the app for delivery time but the app said the order was not found. We asked if we could bring the mattress to to the warehouse and exchange it for the correct one. They said the full-size was already on the truck and we would have to wait for delivery. They did not deliver it until 8:25 pm. read more

I had the pleasure of having Ric help me buy a mattress but when it came to time for their 120 day price match guarantee the guy who answered the phone was super rude, didn't want to honor the guarantee and provided me fake news about the web site price when I had already ordered at the lower rate. If you order offline it is way easier to price match guarantee thru a simple form vs arguing over the phone. read more

I have been debating leaving a review or not... I went in and I'm a college student that wanted something affordable. When I asked for that, the man that helped me acted very superior to me and acted as if it would be difficult to find me something I could afford. It was quiet disappointing and created a lot of discomfort for me. My husband bought a mattress two weeks ago and the delivery date changes everyday, and now finally the day it's supposed to arrive we have to call them because we get no confirmation, then the warehouse says there's been a manufacturing issue. We've been waiting for this bed to arrive, we've taken work off and re scheduled three different time changes due to their issues. Now it's saying the bed we purchased (which said it would get here 3 days after last weeks purchase) is now arriving in a month. Absolutely ridiculous and bad costumer service. In the time of boxed mattresses, I am grateful that there are still brick and mortar stores where you can try out a mattress before you buy it. Also, if you are replacing an old bed, Mattress Firm offers the option of removing the old bed unlike the bed in a box companies. I purchased a Stearns and Foster pillow-top bed and after 90 days, I did end up returning it. It was simply too hot and the pillow top was not great. The whole process of buying and returning went smoothly. In the end, it's not the store's fault that I didn't like mattress. But they stuck to their promise and allowed me to make the return with no hassles. Thanks to Marnin and the team for being great. read more

I had a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding that was just one year old. It was entirely too uncomfortable it had me sleeping on my couch for months. I couldn't bring myself to spend another few hundred on a mattress but my back being sore had me fed up so I shopped around. I went to Mattress Firm and right away was taken care of by Garrett. To the point, very polite, he listened to what I was wanting. He didn't do that obnoxious pressure thing when I said I would think about it and left. I came back and purchased a bed and had it in two days. Garrett even put it in my car for me. My mattress is so comfortable, I got a firm medium and it's true to its description which I like. Worst company ever, they dont work with the customer. Watch out for their "120" day guarantee because if you dont like the matress and want to exchange they charge you a 99$ fee to pickup the mattress plus a 20% restocking fee which if you purchase a 280$ mattress ends up costing almost as much as the mattress itself if not more. They dont care if you are exchanging and you are willing to get another mattress delivered. If you do the exchange you would be paying 2 delivery fees for one pickup/dropoff. Would advise against this, go with another company that charges more but doesnt have this usary policy. Would never recommend to anyone, ever. read more

We had gone in a year ago when it was still Sleep America. Rick helped us and was very patient. We couldn't come to a decision and left. One year later we came back and Rick helped us again. My wife and I couldn't be more different in what we wanted for a bed. We spent at least 2 hours in the store trying and re-trying mattresses. Great service! First let me say that I'm writing this review, well rested, after a great nights sleep. It was past time for a new mattress so we started shopping. This is a major purchase so we shopped around. This location of Mattress Firm was close and I drive by it all the time. Lonnie Merritt helped us narrow down our options with his strong knowledge and by giving us plenty of time to decide. The store has many product options but not so many that it becomes overwhelming. Simple system and good prices. Our new mattress was ready to be delivered as soon as the next day. Their delivery was prompt and courteous. We visited this store today around 1:00pm and found the saleswoman (forgot her name already) to be extremely rude and condescending to my husband and I. She was rolling her eyes and making strange gestures in response to our questions and did not give a direct answer to any of our questions; instead made it seem like what we were asking was stupid! She didn't offer us many options or information and we had to ask about each of the different mattresses individually. We wouldn't buy a mattress there...ever, nor refer anyone else.
