Steve helped us find our new bed and we've been sleeping better than ever these past few months! What's better is our 16 year old cats are also getting the best sleep of their little lives as well~ We'll be back for pillows soon and maybe an adjustable base because we know we can trust the team and products here for all our restful needs! *We purchased the Spartan mattress that aids in active recovery while we rest through Far Infrared Rays (FIR) technology which contributes to an active recovery process-- it harnesses what we produce (body heat) and recycles it into what we can use (energy) to rejuvenate. It even has a patented copperflex foam that utilizes the highly conductive and antimicrobial properties of copper to support optimal rest* read more

I purchased a Heritage Luxe Firm mattress on 2/26 from Brooklyn Bedding (Raintree location). It began to sag ( see attached pics) so I contacted BB requesting an assessment for a replacement. On 6/26/26, two delivery employees arrived to take pictures and measure for my complaint. I was told the foundation was upside down and contributing to the sagging mattress. I stated I have not moved the foundation since it was installed as I am not physically able to do so. I waited one week with no response from BB regarding my complaint. I was informed today, 7/3, by a Camelback location employee BB will not honor my warranty and will not consider any other options to resolve my complaint. This company manufactures defective mattresses and does not stand behind their products or support customer service. read more

Excellent service on date of purchase.... Delivery was within the timeframe I had been told and after 2weeks of using my new mattress I am so happy I went this direction when mattress shopping. The whole experience start to now has been amazing. The mattress fit perfectly in the frame of my bed corner to corner just enough room for the sheets to be put on and fit snuggly in place. Sleeping on the mattress has been amazing so far and waking very refreshed..... camelback 7th ave store read more

The best bed I've ever owned! I bought my bed in 2014. It has remained just as firm as when I first bought it. Usually, by nine years I would see sagging. Not my Brooklyn Bedding Bed. The only maintenance I've done is spinning it head-to-toe every three months. If I ever need a mattress again, I'm going back to Brooklyn Bedding. read more

The only good thing out of this is we met a nice employee. We've had the bed since August 2023 and we spent $1,600 and this bed is awful. It seems the only way to find a good bed is to have money which I don't have like many people like me. I would not ever recommend or buy another bed from them again. EVER!!!!! read more

Purchased an Elite Queen mattress less than 2 years ago. I had heard great things about Brooklyn and love supporting local businesses so we gave them a try. Mattress started to "dip" and became very uncomfortable about 4 months ago, rotated it an additional time and called the store and spoke to Steve. 2 guys came out today to measure the mattress and now they're saying there's nothing they can do, despite advertising their 10 year guarantee all over their website and advertising. Steve was rude, talked over me and I am now going to a discount mattress store to get a quality mattress that will last more than 2 year- good riddance! read more

I stopped in yesterday to buy a king size bed, already had their Queen for 4 years. Discussed king, even talked about the split king. The guy rang me up for a Queen, I didn't catch it until this morning. I called back, of course a higher price for the difference. I told him that was too much. His response "yeah I made a mistake, but you signed the paperwork and didn't catch it". Last purchase here! read more

I have bought 5 sets now, the last 2 Brooklyn Bedding and they are amazing! Customer satisfaction is fantastic and Gavin takes great care of the family's needs. We all sleep well thanks to his knowledge he's guided is correctly for each person or couples needs. Great prices, and I stopped around. (I don't even bother anymore.. I just contact Gavin) The delivery is very professional and I have absolutely ZERO complaints read more

We looked all over the valley for a mattress- stopping at several chains such as mattress firm & tuft & needle and werent sold on anything. We found several mattresses we liked that were ridiculously expensive and then several that were obviously cheap an low quality that I wouldnt expect to last even a few years. On a recommendation from a friend, we ended up at R & S. They mostly sell locally made Brooklyn Beds if you want to look at their return & warranty policies on their website prior to visiting a store. They also had a limited selection of sertas when we dropped in. We found a mattress set were happy with (their "bed in a box" in medium firmness), reasonable price, nice return policy and warranty, free delivery and haul off, and- best of all- there were no annoying sales people. I will update my review if for some reason we become unhappy with the mattress, but so far were very happy. read more

Looking for a new mattress can be daunting. I went to several mattress stores looking for a luxury mattress at a great price. At R&S Mattress I saw the Brooklyn Bedding line and was surprised to find they are manufactured in Phoenix, and have the same guarantee as the name brands at about half the cost. Liz, at R&S, was very knowledgeable and personable. She provided lots of insight on what should matter most when purchasing a new mattress. After a little more shopping, I knew the Brooklyn Bedding Wall Street mattress was my best option. I placed my order and Liz had it delivered the next day. After a week of use, we couldn't be happier with our selection and savings. read more

Just ordered some box springs. Delivery was quick and, even when the wrong product was delivered, they immediately resolved the issue the same day. Would highly recommend them for the customer experience alone. read more

Liz at Brooklyn Bedding was so helpful! I had an unusual problem of needing a full XL, which is very hard to find. After checking many stores I had almost resigned myself to buying something online sight unseen, but one call to Brooklyn Bedding changed that. Liz said they could manufacture the full XL for me! In addition, I had a twin bed I'd purchased previously from Brooklyn Bedding called the Brooklyn Plush that I really liked the softness of (or firmness, however you look at it), and although they had just discontinued that model, she was able to have them use one of the queen mattresses still left to cut to the size of a full XL for me. Perfect! I later called back and asked if I could also order a low profile foundation in full XL, and Liz ordered that for me as well. The prices for both items were incredibly affordable, even lower than many online prices, and I didn't have to wait long for them to be manufactured and delivered to my home. I'm so happy I made that phone call. Thanks to Brooklyn Bedding and to Liz for making this rare size available for me and in the model I wanted! read more

A friend recommended R&S Mattress to me and I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical because I was not familiar with R&S and when I arrived it was not fancy. That said, within seconds of walking in the door I knew I had made the right decision by going there. Colin Gee was really helpful in educating me on different types of mattresses and options as well as how R&S is able to offer such discounted prices for the exact same mattresses sold elsewhere for up to double the price. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed into buying anything. I felt great about my purchase and will without a doubt buy from R&S next time I need a mattress. Also, the delivery guys were great. They arrived EARLY and were very polite and efficient. I wish all buying experiences were this pleasant. read more

If you are looking for a new bed look no more just go down to r&s on bell and ask for the mattress ninja Colin Gee this guy knows what is going on. Not only did he not pressure me in to buying but when I said I had to leave and but would be back after work he didn't fret he actually handed me a 100 dollar pillow and said I will see you when you get back!!!! And he did, I stopped back 3 hours later and got my new Cali king bed and at a smokin price nobody was touching so I tip my hat to you Mr. Gee thank you very much !!! read more

R & S Mattress is the local retail store for Brooklyn Bedding mattresses. Brooklyn Bedding is a local mattress manufacturer. After doing our research we discovered that the quality of mattress you get from a local manufacturer is far beyond what you would get from a national manufacturer. The salesman Colin was a wealth of information on the different mattress types and what they layers in each mattress were comprised of. After laying on a bunch of different mattresses we picked one we thought we liked. They were able to deliver it the next day, however after attempting to sleep on it, tossing and turning all night and waking up sore we realized that we had made a mistake in purchasing this mattress. We went back to the store and explained that there was no way this mattress was going to work for us. We spent another hour in the store trying all the mattresses again. Colin was super patient and helped us get into the correct mattress this time. Once we had a new one picked out we were able to exchange the first one for the new one and we only paid the difference. Colin even gave us a temporary mattress to sleep on for the week that it was going to take to produce the new mattress. The new mattress got here last week and we are beyond happy and comfortable on it. If you need a good quality mattress, at a great price, with excellent service, look no further. read more

Yesterday I purchased mattress here and slept on it last night! I was saved after 5 nights of no sleep thanks to American Furniture's screw up. Colin made sure I got my mattress home last night and I'm eternally grateful! He knows a lot about mattresses! Check it out!!! read more

Great priced and service. Collin is like. Dealing with a friend of the family. This is the third purchase in 3 years. I would refer friends and family.Collin more than salesman and not pushy but very informed . Bought a mattress and delivery was scheduled a week later. We changed our mind to cancel it next day itself but they won't cancel it even though delivery date is still few days later. Avoid this place, there are so many good places where we can return/cancel if not satisfied. read more

Very satisfied with our full size Brooklyn pillow top we purchased yesterday for our son and so much better than the big name brand we were considering at first. Our experience with Colin was great and he was very helpful without pushing us on our decision to go with their locally made brand. Thank you Colin! We have a name brand pillow top we've had for years and plan to go back to R&S for the Brooklyn brand when we're ready for a new one! read more

Steve was extremely helpful! He can help you find the right mattress for an awesome deal. Local company, local manufacturing, great service. Can't beat that combo! read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! If something is wrong with your mattress they do not use your "warranty" that you supposivly have of 10 years. They make up bullshit so they don't have to give you a new mattress. Collin is full of shit. Had a mattress from them for a year and the middle caved in and they said they can repair it but I will have to pay for it. Don't waste your money on this shitty company. read more

We had been told by a few people to go here and get our mattresses. I had called the store and had gotten a quote for a set and then sent my husband in to look at it. A couple weeks went by and a living social deal popped up $39 for a $200 voucher. It sounded to good to be true-right? Well it was! I purchased the voucher and headed over a couple days later to get a bed. When I got there the sales guy told me that he already reduced all the beds $200 ( voucher-can't be used with any other sales) and that basically the living social deal is no good. Hmmmm that sounded a little unethical to me. He basically went into a contract with living social and then turned around and said he reduced everything so therefore the voucher is void! The funny thing is he quoted me prices weeks before the living social deal and had NOT changed his pricing from then???? Don't get me wrong his prices are decent I just wasn't impressed on the fact that he did the living social deal just to get people in the door. I went home and contacted living social and they refunded my $$$ and said that if this is what he did then he broke his contract with them and these are not the businesses they want to work with. Again decent prices just didn't like how this deal was handled. read more

Not only are the Mattresses really that much less expensive than ANY other mattress store, the customer service help we got from Colin Gree was incredible! Not only did he take the time to show us the different types of bedding but he tool the time to explain the "quality" differences and what would be best for us! Thanks for all of your help Colin, we will be back when we need another bed! read more

My salesman was Benji he was awesome. My wife an I had spent all morning looking for a great mattress. Every other store we looked at for king mattresses ranged from 2k - 5k. It was quite ridiculous. I remembered seeing R&S since it is down the street from my work. We walked in tried out some mattresses and we found the perfect one. We spent less than 1k out the door and delivered. That included the best mattress protector they carried. Great deals and friendly staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Customer service is decent, brief but friendly. Overall a good experience however their delivery scheduling is terrible. They want you to have all day open and can not give any sort of a window for delivery. Very inconvenient if you can not wait at home all day. They do call and give 45 minute warning however can not even tell you if it will be morning or afternoon. Silly for busy people. read more

went into 40st/bell store to get my daughter a twin mattress, she picked out a mattress "central park" , he sent us to another store to pick it up and when we got there the new mattress said "grand central" BAIT N SWITCH! He returned my money and tried to tell me that the peice of cloth he laid on the the top of mattress mattered more than the sewn on tag! Just another dirty salesman. Stay away read more

We had been looking to replace our mattress. A friend had mentioned she had bought her mattress at R&S and was quite happy . So last Sunday, my husband and I decided to check out R&S Mattress. We walked in, and I wanted to walk out, however the salesman Colin Gee came up and asked if he could help answer any questions, I asked him MANY questions, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We narrowed it down to 3 mattress but couldn't decide. Colin came up to us and said, do your self a favor go home and think it over, you don't have to decide today. I cannot remember the last time ANY sales person let someone go away like that. We talked it over, called him back with more questions, and decided that we were ready to purchase the mattress. Colin was ready to deliver the mattress just 45 minutes before closing, but we said we would pick it up. This was the best transaction we have ever encountered. THANK YOU COLIN! read more

I purchased a mattress from them 2 years ago and called them about a possible warranty repair/replacement due to the bed sagging. I set up an appointment the next day, which required me to work from home, taking time away from the office. They never showed up. I called and they said they didn't have the right information for me, however, I provided all of the updated information to them. They rescheduled for the next day. Again, no show. I called down to the corporate office and they finally were able to get in touch with the driver to show up to look at the mattress. They did the inspection and was told that I would hear something in two days, which was a Friday. The following Wednesday, still nothing. I had to call again, and come to find out, the drive didn't provide the information to the manager to review. I was told I would get a call on Thursday by noon. Again, no call. I called the next day and finally spoke with someone. Again, they had the wrong information and could not get in touch with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything to fix my mattress, unless I wanted to pay for it. Initially, I used to refer people to this store, but I will never do so again. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I will NEVER do business here again, nor refer ANYONE to this store. read more
