They came out and inspected the bed and I went right up there and Erik (the ownet) guided me to another bed. They had to pull apart their entire home, fumigate, and put everything back together; which is a lot of work for an elderly person. It is certain, the bed bugs came from this store or truck. My grandparents have not traveled nor have they had any visitors. It is impossible that the bed bugs just arrived coincidently after they bought this mattress.
