We walked the entire lot waiting for someone to come and greet us. After we looked around we stood on the lot for about 2-3min and made eye contact with 1 of the salesman who looked at us turned his head and proceeded to enter the building. By this time if they would have had the perfect car with the perfect price I would not have done any business with them. I added the 1 stat because it would letme do no stars.

I would highly recommend Audubon Wholesale for anyone looking for a dependable, affordable car buying experience.

Sadly I didn't make a purchase of any because of personal issues, but their honesty and transparency gave them a good look.

I hate buying cars. It's not my thing, and that's why I only do it about once a decade or so…read more However, I have to say that the Bryan Subaru experience was pretty top-notch and made everything quite easy for me. (And yes, I know that so much has changed since I last bought a car in 2014, so hang with this grandma for a bit, yeah?) First, almost everything you want to do in your car shopping anymore can be completed online. You can check out the inventory on hand, check out the pricing and any deals, and even get preapproval if that's what you want. So, when I went in, I had a game plan. I had checked the different inventories around the state and had a fairly good idea of what I was looking for in my new car. I sent a message saying when I was coming, and Greg told me he'd have what I was looking for ready. We went on the test drive (although I did forget to pick up my gift card), and then he patiently answered all my questions and showed me some different options (color, interior, etc.). I told him I would be back the next week, as I had a game plan of what I needed to do, and he said that was cool. He checked on me, but never had that jam-it-down-your-throat feeling as many salesmen do. I ended up running out of time trading in my old car, but one day later than promised, I was there and Greg got me what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out within two hours and have been driving happily ever since! Great experience at a great dealership!

Sadly, Bryan Subaru, which used to be a trustworthy source for maintaining & repairing my…read moreCrosstrek, is now a place I'd rather avoid. Yes, their waiting room has more amenities than it used to have, like a children's playroom & better Wi-Fi, but they no longer offer transportation to & from the inner city, which is a big drawback if you need a time-eating repair. You might get lucky & get a friendly service agent. I was there a long time--they seem to have some. Unfortunately, Fate threw me to Richard, who was surly, uncommunicative, & shady. After their $10k+ "diagnosis"--be wary & ask questions at this point--I got no updates from him on my vehicle in the 6 hrs I sat there, & he disappeared until my car was ready. I was having some tire bolts replaced & installing 4 new tires. Their price on the bolts was fair; their price on the tires & installation was $200-300 more than the 2 other places I checked with who couldn't replace the bolts, so I coughed it up to do it all at once. They're under new management, & the atmosphere was strange--secretive & shady--when I wanted to lodge a complaint. My experience there was so unsettling, I will never buy another Subaru just so I don't have to deal with them again.

They found the exact vehicle we were looking for, worked out all the numbers, and handled everything efficiently through email and phone. When it came time to finalize the purchase, our first visit to the dealership was just to sign papers and pick up the car. It couldn't have been easier. Beyla, our salesperson, was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like family from the very first conversation, not pushy at all. The dealership itself was spotless, with all the amenities you'd expect to create a comfortable, first-class experience. We'll definitely do business here again and can't say enough great things about Beyla!

We were told that the only issue with the car was broken locks on the doors that was from a Hyundai recall and that they're were no other issues. So we bought the car "as is". However, we were misled. Hyuandi said there are no such recalls on the car. The vehicle had prior electrical damage which caused the car and functions of the car to no longer work. I ended up stranded on a highway because of it. We called the dealership the moment it happened as well as days after to remedy this situation to which we were told to take it up with warranty, it's a new issue, and that I put bad gas in the car when they haven't even seen the vehicle. We then demanded to cancel the sale as my finance company said we still had time to do so. Yet they also said that we couldn't do that either. We also asked to exchange the vehicle and was also told no to that. This dealership has done nothing but shift the blame for selling a lemon. And they are still wanting another $500 payment in a week! Turn out the motor was bad and had been failing long before we purchased the car.
