Lone Pine Larder's main thing is smoked chicken and a variety of deli styles. My friend and I each got the chicken breast plus two sides plate. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the sides were fresh and fabulous. My husband is a vegetarian and really enjoyed the grilled cheese along with a couple sides. Service is fast, you order at the counter and take your plate to one of their seating areas. They have an indoor area with several tables, a deck complete with an outdoor bar, and a big yard with picnic tables. We sat at a picnic table and overall really enjoyed our experience. The quiet location, wildlife, and outdoor seating with a view of the harbor is hard to find anywhere else. Plenty of room that reservations aren't usually needed and it's kid friendly with menu items for them and plenty of room to run around while percents continue sipping drinks on the deck and enjoying the love piano music. The food is good - we usually get a seafood entree and always save room for the blackberry cobbler. Don't miss this hidden gem the next time you're here.

Prawn & Avocado Margarita Cocktail: not for the weak! The sauce is infused with wasabi and can take your breath away if you are not careful. The salad looks small in the photo but it IS entrée-sized. ‍ This salad was one of the culinary highlights of our 8-day vacation. The combination of noodles and vegetables is something we don't have often. We also really enjoy sweet chili sauce so that was a good way to meld all ingredients together.
