My issue is that the app doesn't give customers any option to add or pay for a bag when placing a pickup order. When I arrived, I was told I had to pay an extra $0.25 just to get a small paper bag for my sandwich. This could have been avoided if the app clearly disclosed the bag fee or allowed customers to add a bag during checkout. There was also no sign at the store letting customers know that pickup orders would require an additional charge for a bag. To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly. Instead of politely explaining the policy, the interaction felt unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service. A little kindness goes a long way. This isn't about the 25 cents--it's about transparency and the overall customer experience. If you're going to charge for bags, make it clear before customers complete their order, especially for prepaid pickup orders.

I opened the extra soft flour tortilla and added the black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and roasted chili-corn salsa, then placed the chicken taco with the fajita veggies and brown rice on top. It ended up looking and eating more like a mini chicken burrito, which was a very good value for the price. Surprisingly, the fajita veggies were not too salty this time. The filling also wasn't too watery, so I was able to eat the mini burrito without the sauce dripping from the tortilla. Overall, the total was $4.94, including tax, and turning a taco into what felt like a mini chicken burrito was a very good value. I go to One Market food court pretty often for the nice and clean ambiance. I saw the sign "coming soon" a few days ago and I was very excited to try the food. I visited on Friday for a quick lunch (they soft opened on Wednesday) and I was very surprised how easy the menu was and how flavorful the food was! I got purple rice (I am korean and this was how I used cook rice at home) all the Banchan (very fresh and great texture) and Chilled Spicy Squid (oh my god, this is the killer, reminds me of what I used to eat growing up in Korea) and soft tofu (it was almost like eating soft tofu soup mixing with rice). And I also got a house made Yuzu Ginger iced tea, I loved how it was not that sweet and had pleasant flavor of yuzu with kick of ginger at the end. This is a must try. I am so happy that finally now there is a Korean restaurant that I can get quick and healthy but flavorful lunch! read more

Food was average. If you're looking for a quick, nutritious bite, this is the place to go, but for the price point, there are definitely better bibimbap places. Serving size was large too! Service was decent. The person who took our order was quite slow (might have been high), but food was ready quickly! This was in a food court, so I can't say much about ambiance. Overall, some flavor was somewhat there, but this is more of a fast-food Korean place. While I did feel I have a healthy lunch (protein, veggies), I would not return unless I was really in a crunch for a meal. read more

A solid new Korean fast casual restaurant. It's a build your own type of lunch spot with real authentic Korean dishes - choose base, choose banchan, choose entree. My favorite is the spicy squid, which is difficult to find elsewhere, and pair up with some cold soba noodle, also rare to find. The pricing structure is straight forward - 1, 2, or 3 entrees. I'm glad that they finally open because I'll be coming back very often. Btw, the staff are friendly and the food court is clean. read more
