I have enjoyed many expensive light roast pourovers in cafes and have also honed in my at-home process. It should not be so weak. The volume is too low. A to-go cup should be at least 75% full in my opinion. Felt like a cortado. Increasing both volume and strength may require more beans (the main input cost) and possibly hotter water. I'm sorry but they have to do something about this. Giving five stars to not be a jerk but my true opinion is like 1.5 stars!
