Oreo Cookies and Cream
Luna B.

The staff was very patient and helpful. I got a hot fudge sundaes and the dirtiest Oreo sundae. All the ice cream was amazing ! it's always so filled with fun people in line enjoying their ice cream. I really like to have such an amazing ice cream shop so close to me

Great place to hang out and chill! But not big enough to accommodate bigger families.

Late night craving ice cream I decided to go to scoop Deville. I found this place on TikTok. It was so cute inside. I was so excited to go. It's a small location, but they do have a few seats if you would like to sit inside which I decided to sit down and enjoy my ice cream. It was so much to choose from. The service was great. It was not crowded inside although a lot of people come in and out, but it was not a long wait for my order. They close at 11pm. I'm very excited to go back and try more flavor combos

FOOD I ordered a medium Fightin's, a cheesecake-based ice cream. It was creamy but quite sweet, so it'll definitely fulfill your sweet tooth! They offer a variety of other specialty flavors, and you can even make your own by selecting your own mix-ins. SERVICE Jefferson students (and employees as well, I believe) get an automatic 20-25% off when showing your ID. The staff are kind and friendly. AMBIANCE There are some seats and tables available inside the store (around 4-5 tables for two). PARKING Paid street parking is available at a limited capacity. Parking garages are also nearby.

Soooo many flavors! You're able to get lava cakes and Sunday cone bowls. Very good! Highly recommend swinging through.

Not too busy. Inside and outside seating space. Staff was friendly. Menu is overwhelming to say the least. Any and everything they could think of got included in this menu. Ice Cream is great. Only thing is my lil girl got gummy bears on for her ice cream and they were kinda tough to chew. Quality ingredients make up for the prices. Good spot

Vegan Molten Chocolate Cake & Cannoli Cake

Decided to go to this place after dinner for vegan dessert since me and my friends have dietary restrictions. The shop is pretty small so with us 3 in there and 3 other people it was packed lol desserts are amazing! I got the vegan molten lava cake & it's amazing warmed up and super rich. Cannoli cake was great. My friends' got vegan key lime pie, red velvet cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, peanut butter explosion cake. Everything was amazing. Might even go back tomorrow to get raspberry cheesecake lol. I dropped a star cause it was a bit small in there and also I guess their system was running slow and frustrating the staff. I definitely understand but felt some tension towards us since we ordered everything separately instead of a big order together

Pineapple and watermelon smoothie & a mango smoothie

Adorable tiny ice cream and smoothie joint. Immediately greeted by employees. Love the pink glittery retro chairs and pink wall bench. Both small smoothies we ordered are delicious. 14$ usd before tip. Only reason for not giving 5 stars. Was informed they couldn't take a 100$ bill even when offering to get a 50$ gift card with part (ensuring we'd return to use it) so don't bring cash over $20 I guess. Otherwise excellent Free wifi is available.

Quick and friendly service! Many choices to choose from. Step1 Ice cream, step 2 toppings. Step 3 whatever else you would like to mix in!

We visited on a Thursday night and were surprised by how busy they were. That's a testament to the quality of their product and service, I imagine. They were efficient and we got our order pretty quickly. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable and the employees were friendly.

Bad service. They never even made my order. I sat waiting for 30 minutes before I decided to ask about my order. They were busy with delivery orders, so I thought maybe I'd get my order after that died down. Then there were no other customers in there besides myself, and I still did not get my order. When I saw them start to make the order of a parent and two kids who came in after I had been in there for 30 minutes, I decided to go up to ask about the status of my order. The ?manager ignored me, so an employee asked another employee if she had made it. She said she had no idea about it. I shouldn't have to encourage people to make my order. They also have an offer for a free cookie if you fill out their survey. However, in order to get the cookie, you have to order first, before you've experienced their customer service. If it's bad, you can't revise your survey. So it doesn't make sense to fill out the survey before ordering, if the store actually cares about improving their service. I likely won't return here. Edit: to answer the business owner's question about the sign for the survey, it's placed near the entrance, where people are more likely to fill it out first before even reaching the counter to order. It's assumed that you have to show that you took the survey at the time of ordering, in order to receive the cookie with your order. If you want people to fill out the survey after trying the product, then you could place the sign next to the register, and have the sign say that you want people to fill out the survey AFTER or near the end of their visit, after which they can come back up to redeem for the cookie. This would likely result in more accurate survey results for the store. Hope that explanation makes things clearer. My visit occurred on 12/16, and the things I ordered are in my review.

Sealed s'mores shake perfect for taking on the go!

Hey, why are the hours different on UberEats? It says you're open late when according to the hours here, you're not. Like it currently says you're open until 3:00 am on the app.

We had an excellent tagliere di salumi with the unique Parmesan gelato (can only compare it to a cheese flavoured cold butter!), panzanella salad, Cesarina (Caesar salad) pappardelle al ragù and GF penne alla carbonara. I would have preferred my pappardelle a bit more 'al dente' and for my taste it was a tad overcooked but maybe that's how they like it here in Philly or the guy at the stove overcooked it. (Hence the 4 stars instead of 5) Gelato afterwards was excellent. Really fabulous store selling all kinds of unique high end Italian gastronomical goods, making it also an excellent destination for gift shopping.

Green Tea: A typical American green tea flavor, which I think is similar to a cheap matcha flavor. At least for Chinese tastes, its biggest advantage is that it's not too sweet, and the flavor is relatively mild and fragrant. Especially when the shopkeeper seemed to be scooping ice cream away like it was free, I was even more glad I chose this flavor... Sea Salt Caramel: The flavor recommended by the staff. Objectively speaking, it was indeed good, with a distinct caramel aroma, but for me, who had already eaten ice cream that day, it was still too sweet. Coconut: Less sweet than Sea Salt Caramel, but also less milky. Relatively refreshing, but still quite sweet. The server offered samples warmly, which is definitely a plus.

From the moment you step inside, the specialty shakes and sundaes start calling your name. Everything on the menu sounds over-the-top in the best way possible. We landed on an apple pie shake, a peanut butter shake (PB ice cream, PB sauce, and fudgy brownie chunks), and the Lightning Rod sundae. Each treat was clearly crafted with care. You can tell time and quality go into every detail. I loved that they actually warmed the apple pie and the brownie chunks before blending them in. That extra touch elevated everything. The textures, the flavor balance, it wasn't just thrown together; it was thoughtfully built. Now let's be real: it's pricey. Three treats ran us about $50. But they're generous, rich, and indulgent. I was absolutely stuffed, fully sugared up and ready to power my way up the Rocky Steps afterward. The nostalgic charm is half the fun. From the old-fashioned decor to serving ice cream in those classic Chinese takeout-style containers, the whole place feels like stepping back in time. It adds to the experience in a big way. I personally appreciated that the sundae wasn't drowning in sauce -- it let the ice cream shine. That said, the PB shake was my clear favorite (even if I went way overboard on the brownie chunks). Bottom line: I highly recommend it. Just consider sharing to cut down on the cost and maybe to avoid the inevitable sugar crash. Totally worth it for the experience. I then had the wedge salad (blue cheese, nueske's bacon, cherry tomatoes, radish, pepitas, crispy onions, and thai basil goddess). There were no tomatoes on ours, and so we were given sliced avocado instead. This was an interesting attempt but not my favorite take on this dish, I probably would not get this again. However, the shrimp po boy buns came through to round off this meal! (crispy shrimp, smoky aioli, house made choppy chop, dill on two buttered potato rolls.) These were fantastic and absolutely fire. NOTE they are tiny, almost appetizer sized, which didnt bother me because after the salad and cheese curds I was feeling full already but I would go back and get two orders just for myself they were that good. The sago added a soft, chewy texture and the pomelo gave little bursts of citrusy bitterness that balanced the sweetness really well. It felt light but still indulgent. The tiramisu was also really good. Soft, creamy layers with a nice coffee flavor that was not too bitter, and just the right amount of sweetness. Very smooth and easy to keep eating.
