A long line does form due to the many exercise-related classes offered by many businesses within the plaza. Staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and helped pick my drinks. I ordered the "Bloom Latte" with matcha which was the current special and the "Love" latte in a mug. Both were very delicious and flavorful. Pastries are also available but I believe the earlier the visit the more pastry choices you have. I visited around 4:30 pm and brownies were the only pastry available. My drinks were enjoyable so I definitely will try to go earlier in the day to try something new, and maybe get to choose a pastry.

One day I came in and she was the only one there because others had called out, and she was still handling everything like a boss. She stayed calm, kept things moving, and still made sure my order was perfect. She always remembers my coffee and makes sure it's made right every time. That kind of consistency and customer service really matters. She's a great manager, and I truly appreciate my coffee mornings because of people like her.

Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. The restaurant itself resembles a Moroccan courtyard in a riad. I felt I was somewhere foreign. Colorful, comfy couches with ottomans for extra seating, trays that look more like they belong in a West Elm catalogue, pastries with ingredients like kunafe. I also loved the audio real estate - they were playing what sounded like Middle Eastern music. My nose also picked up notes of cardamom and cloves - so unique! The staff was so pleasant and patient as I asked so many questions about their coffee and treats. I settled on a mufawaar coffee which tasted very different from your usual mocha latte but is just as flavorful and satisfying, as well as some meat pies. I highly recommend the chicken fatayer - it is delicately spiced with pulled apart chicken in a soft wrap that is delightfully chewy. We tried the cheese and zatar fatayer and the cheese and zatar croissant which were both pleasant (but we preferred the chicken fatayer). For dessert we got the pistachio kunafe cheesecake which looks like a Dubai chocolate in cake form. Trust me and get this. It is not too sweet and gets lovelier with every bite. My husband and I fought over the last forkful. It is a little bit pricey at $11 a slice though, but it's worth it! I currently live near the drive-thru location in Fontana, which is so nice and convenient for my early-morning commute. I recently tried the pumpkin matcha, and from the very first sip, I was in love. I savored every last sip! I absolutely love this place, not only for the quality of the coffee but also for what Klatch stands for. I really appreciate their commitment to fair-trade, high-quality coffee and their direct-trade relationships with coffee producers. Everything was SO good and reasonably priced; the wrap was the perfect size for us. The avocado in the wrap had a slight lemon-y flavor that worked well. The lemon loaf was delicious and moist and loved my iced oat latte. You could actually taste that the coffee was pretty strong. I would definitely get this all again!!
