We just had David do some tile work for us and I can't say enough good things about the experience…read more From the start, he was easy to work with and very straightforward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which already put him ahead of a lot of contractors we've dealt with. Communication was clear the whole time. He answered questions, explained what he was doing, and kept us updated without us having to chase him down. That alone made the process way less stressful. The quality of his work is excellent. The lines are clean, everything looks even, and he was really thoughtful about how he used the tile so there wasn't unnecessary waste. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. After the job was done, we noticed a couple small spots that needed grout touch-ups. I reached out, and he came back right away and handled it without hesitation. Overall, just a solid, professional job. We'd absolutely hire David again.

We cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. What started as a big project turned into…read moresomething truly life-changing for our family. Our son uses a wheelchair, and before this renovation our home was honestly very difficult for him to navigate. We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. We wanted to make our home fully accessible, but we were worried it would end up looking institutional or awkward. Ray completely exceeded our expectations. He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn't exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home. The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The ramps blend so naturally into the design that they honestly just look like part of a beautifully planned landscape. Instead of looking medical or industrial, the house actually looks even better than it did before. The project also included removing several very large trees, re-landscaping, and completely repainting the exterior of our home, which tied everything together perfectly. Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crew was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and efficient, and they kept everything very clean while working on such a large project. Most importantly, our son can now move around our home independently and comfortably. That alone means everything to our family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality work, creative design, and a contractor who truly cares about the people he's helping.
