I've had the salmon multiple times and it's always nicely seared on the outside and wonderfully tender and flaky. For appetizers, the pear & Brie crostini is a must-order sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and service more than justify it. This is a busy spot (especially on weekends), so reservations are highly recommended. From start to finish, everything about Christina's feels special.
