IM IN THE MIDDLE OF A POLICE REPORT! THEIFS! I have gone to MassageLuXe about 3 times now. I went in for a couples massage with my girl all 3 times. This time my masseuse asked me to remove my necklaces (Van Cleef) but I thought it was because i told her i had a bad knot in my neck and wanted to do a good job. NO SHE WANTED MY JEWELRY. The massage therapist was Gertudis Cabello. I didn't realize i left the necklaces until i left. 3k worth of jewelry. The manager says the masseuse said she put it in a white envelope and set them on top of my clothes, Don't you think i would have noticed a white envelope on top of my clothes? That was a complete lie. My clothes were also moved across the room when i got up from my massage. Of course not thinking someone is trying to steal from me, i didn't think anything of it. The manager SHANIA SEIBLES.. is just repeating that she put it in an envelope. CLEARLY that wasn't the case. she didn't try to offer anything, say she was going to investigate, NOTHING! She basically told me there was nothing she could do. Oh and don't let me forget, I saw her talking very disrespectfully to a different employee before any of this happened. SO WHO IS GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY 3k necklace? This place was clean and had a nice aesthetic. It felt new. Massage tables were comfortable and had heated options. Bathrooms clean. I missed the promo intro water massage due to a meeting running late (argh), but it was a nice welcome offer. For the first time they also throw in an add on of your choice. I opted for hot stone. My therapist forgot the add on and got them upon my mention. I don't think she was too trained on them. More just playing around. She talked more than I would have liked, which is not a deal breaker for me by any means, but she kept asking me about blemishes or my health history to compare to hers which I didn't like. I was there to relax and unwind not get interviewed on my imperfections. Checkout was mostly flawless. One of the front desk girls was really friendly and smiley, but I got the other one who seemed to try to sign me up for a long term plan as a "quick one". She did not explain or ask me if I was interested but worded it like here's what's going to happen. I corrected her and said no thanks this is a one off. To end on a pro, they did take my appointment very last minute and was able to accommodate me. I'd try them again but request a more senior therapist. Management: careful about your sales incentives. Reservations were easy to get, with dane day availability for my boyfriend and i to go together for a couples massage. They were also running a special, and the prices for both of us were more than reasonable. The therapists we had were Vanessa and Karin, who we both really impressed us. They listened to our problem areas and concerns, and for me Vanessa listened and spent a lot of time working out my sore areas. My boyfriend always complains that his massages aren't hard enough/pressure, but With Karin that was not the case. Everything about the experience we really enjoyed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the front desk accidentally charged us twice without telling us of the refund, but it's not a huge deal because they were happy to straighten it out when we called. I had a terrible experience at this location and the most the manager could do was offer me a dollar tree face mask. I came here to get a facial two times. The first time was a proper aesthetician that took care of me really well. The second time I just went to their ' Aesthetician' Put me in a dim lit massage room And proceeds to rub oily lotion on my face for 30 minutes and calling a facial. She gets lotion in my lashes I just paid 200$ for and my hair that I just got done, not even cleaning my face properly whatsoever. When I walked to my car, I could see everything still on my face not even the front desk told me there was lotion in my hair and all my lashes. The aesthetician didn't do proper extractions, using her fingers to dig into my skin, not using the proper tools or anything close to what an actual facial should be like; in which I've had many. I was laying there confused for almost an hour wondering what was happening and I really should've just gotten up and walked out. Then when I contacted the franchise about what happened they wouldn't let me speak with anyone higher up nor the owner of the franchise. Don't come here if you care about your skin. I experienced breakouts the following day that lasted for over a week because of this place. read more

I've gone to her for both 1.5 Hr deep tissue massages and 1 Hr reflexology. She's truly a professional and will make you feel like a million bucks the second you leave the spa. What I really appreciate about her the most is that she listens. When I tell that a certain area has been bothering me, she actually takes the time to work it out, it's so simple but not every therapist actually hears you out.
