I tried the massage chair for about 15-20 mins and was able to choose the intensity and focus areas. I also had a massage by Shane and Alejandra who worked really well together. Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Some movements were a little uncomfortable but both Shane and Alejandra were constantly communicating with me to ensure I was doing OK. The massage was about 20-30 mins. and I felt great afterwards. You can tell they both know what they are doing and were open to answer all my questions. I would love to go back and try another massage or other services.

Here is my experience today: I went to the West Palm Beach location which was in some gross, dirty strip mall at a sterile chiropractor's office where they do some physical therapy (which means the place was kept like an ice box). When I checked in, the woman behind the desk said I had to pay a 20% fee before getting my massage. I was appalled!!! Can you imagine walking into a restaurant where the hostess tell you to give your waiter his 20% tip before they would serve you? Now I don't mind tipping when someone has done his or her job but to be told to give a service charge before you even receive the service is ridiculous. NOT TO MENTIONED, THIS WAS NOT PRINTED ON THE GROUPON OR MENTIONED WHEN I MADE MY APPOINTMENT WITH SPA ADVANTAGE. There is nothing I find more disagreeable than when a business is not transparent about their fees, services. The reason you see all the same phone numbers on their website (except the Miami location) is because they just send you to some RANDOM places to get the massage! There's no quality control on the type of environment or massage therapists. The office was kept so cold because of the physical therapy sessions I could not relax. It was very uncomfortable when your muscles tense up because your body is freezing. The massage therapist was average.
