After the massage, I felt like a new person! I was able to look both ways without feeling any pain. It was great! The massage session was more like physical therapy than a typical "massage". If you want the type of massage where you get the warm fuzzies and just fall asleep, then this is probably not for you. The massage was not painful AT ALL and his pressure was perfect, but he does a lot of stretching techniques and asks you to do some breathing exercises while he works the muscles.
