She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and asked if I wanted more or less, which I really appreciated. I've struggled with tightness and knots in my neck and shoulders for a long time, and I've tried everything from massage guns to massage chairs with very little relief. Sia's techniques made such a difference, especially in my shoulders. It felt so good to finally get some relief after dealing with that discomfort for so long.
