I tried the massage chair for about 15-20 mins and was able to choose the intensity and focus areas. I also had a massage by Shane and Alejandra who worked really well together. Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Some movements were a little uncomfortable but both Shane and Alejandra were constantly communicating with me to ensure I was doing OK. The massage was about 20-30 mins. and I felt great afterwards. You can tell they both know what they are doing and were open to answer all my questions. I would love to go back and try another massage or other services.
