The most common reason I don't enjoy my experience is because on each of the 3 occasions I visited this spot and had a different therapist each time-all are absolutely instructed to upsell the shit out of you. They start about ten minutes in once you are almost starting to relax. Then it's add cupping, you need to add cupping, and medicine that's good for you. No matter if you specifically say at the beginning all I want is cupping or I don't want to add anything-these people have been trained to do this. It's like you went to get a massage, but instead decided to go to a timeshare presentation. It ruins the massage. My other point of contention is the lack of communication-and it's because of language. I don't care what language anyone speaks-I can figure out a way to communicate but they seem to be deceptive here. The English speaking desk attendant is lovely and she clearly understands but doesn't relay to the therapist who doesn't speak English as well. They don't ask you if you have troubled areas or talk to you about the service they are about to perform. I had many questions like how long for each arm and leg? How long is cupping? Every time I go there it's a different amount of time-today was less than ten minutes so I refused to pay for it $30 and I don't have marks. The therapist did not understand me. Instead of leaving and getting the desk attendant as an interpreter-she kept insisting she understood and said "yes yes yes " but she did not understand as she didn't do what I asked or answer any of my questions. I kept removing the towel she placed over my eyes because it had "medicine" on it which is like menthol or camphor and I didn't want it on my face-she put it back on me twice. If you know the therapist can't communicate with customers-it would seem so easy to spend 3 minutes speaking with the front desk person and agreeing on treatment. Again, this lady worked hard on me-I tipped her as she deserved it! This is really on the owner and how they are clearly pushed to upsell but they are not actual speaking to the customer. It's a service that is expensive and requires communication. At one point while I was speaking to the therapist about my massage-since there was no small talk as she didn't understand me-she told me I should lower my voice because other people are around. Just to be clear they are doing construction next door and all throughout my massage it was noisy from that and loud banging but me asking questions was the problem. So I wasn't able to communicate to get the service I wanted but at least she was able to tell me to be quiet so I didn't disturb anyone else with my questions! I wouldn't go back at this point. Tried it 3 times and it never got better.

I shall be forever deeply grateful to Michael Raphael, of Zenfinity Wellness, whose work with me…read moreover the past three-plus years has had an extraordinary impact on my well-being and day-to-day functioning. An early-onset Parkinson's diagnosis left me with balance problems and extreme stiffness in my arms and legs, leading to trouble walking and a few falls. Michael's treatment began with weekly deep tissue and NeuroMuscular Realignment, which helped with the stiffness and some balance, but did little to improve walking. Given a significant weight gain, and lack of personal discipline or motivation to exercise regularly, we began to supplement our sessions with thrice-weekly personal training. Michael's understanding of muscle physiology, and his experience teaching Tai Chi (known to be beneficial to PD patients), enabled him to developed a customized program of stretching, calisthenics and Tai Chi that suited my needs and personal physical limitations. Whilst initially difficult, we began to see results in strength, agility and balance, and increased frequency of workouts to five times per week. Following nine months of this training, I've lost nearly 40 pounds and two sizes; but more importantly, I walk with significantly more confidence, little fear of falling, and virtually no shuffling. Today, I'm managing my Parkinson's rather than it managing me. Michael is a gifted therapist, highly knowledgeable about the body, and blessed with a generous spirit. Without hesitation, he's the best of the best, and I owe my quality of life to the work we continue to do together. Michael D. Foden Miami, Florida mfoden@bellsouth.net

What the people are saying is true. Micheal is the best masseuse ever!!…read more I pulled a ligament in my neck and also threw my back out a couple years ago. I planned to mention this to Michael before the massage started, but he just got right to work. Without me even saying anything, he somehow zeroed in on the areas where I needed work! He spent some time on areas where I didn't think I needed work, but they were probably affecting the areas that I needed work on, so he covered all the bases. After the massage, I felt like a new person! I was able to look both ways without feeling any pain. It was great! The massage session was more like physical therapy than a typical "massage". If you want the type of massage where you get the warm fuzzies and just fall asleep, then this is probably not for you. The massage was not painful AT ALL and his pressure was perfect, but he does a lot of stretching techniques and asks you to do some breathing exercises while he works the muscles. So if you have any areas that bother you, this is definitely your guy.
