From the time I called to book an appointment, she was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. I booked an appointment with ease, was sent a confirmation within moments, and later was sent a very detailed message with parking/spa directions. The massage, itself, was fantastic. Tilly has magical hands. Have you ever had a massage where you didn't realize you had tension somewhere but then it got released and you felt 10x better? That's how I felt about my hands, upper back, glutes and hips during this massage. By the end of the massage, I barely wanted to get off the table. Super grateful for Tilly. Also, her space is so cute and clean. The bed has a warmer and when she has you turn over, you look up at the ceiling and see calming star/moving color lights. It was so soothing and relaxing. Cannot recommend enough.

PK made a great effort to examine my body and the mobility of my joints, as well as doing some gentle stretching to evaluate my needs before we began. He listened intently to my requests and asked pertinent questions about my work and lifestyle to try and more fully understand what would be most effective for my body. The massage itself was absolutely phenomenal. PK delivers amazing deep pressure where it is needed/wanted and able to tone it back to accommodate more sensitive areas. He is very intuitive but also checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. His intensity and pace were perfectly aligned and he was able to really focus and work through tension in particular areas without any pain. I also have very dry skin, especially in the winter months, and PK used a combination of amazing, aromatic moisturizing oils that he blended, which left my skin feeling incredibly hydrated. I also really appreciated learning more about the Eastern school of thought when it comes to massage therapy and PK's style in particular. You can tell that this is a lifelong passion that he wants to share with the world. I was able to rest, hydrate, and meditate a bit afterwards (as per his recommendation) and the combination of all of the above launched me into a state of absolute bliss. I am so grateful for meeting PK and for having this experience - I will no longer go anywhere else for my massages! Highly, Highly recommend.
