She starts and ends the massage with deep breathing and she also gave me "feedback" after each massage on areas I could work on at home. Check-in was always quick, friendly, and efficient. The massage area is designed beautifully with a "chic shipwreck" kind of feel with the wave breaking background noise, soft light, and decor. Maybe changing up the music every once in a while would be welcome but I think this is their brand. I will say the main reason I stopped my membership was the cost. To add deep tissue and other enhancements is $20 each on top of tip and the membership price. it was a worthwhile investment for my body for some months, but the pricing was too indulgent for my capacity.
