I am formally requesting that management preserve and review the security footage from this timeframe to investigate her unacceptable discriminatory conduct. After my appointment,I went to pay. I had recently opened a CareCredit account and showed Linda my welcome letter as instructed, since I did not have the physical card yet. I asked her to charge exactly $300 to CareCredit to utilize a specific promotional amount. Linda immediately responded with intense sarcasm and condescension, loudly announcing my private credit limit at the front desk and questioning why I was "only" using $300. This public financial exposure was humiliating, judgmental, and entirely unnecessary. Her hostility escalated after the transaction. When I left a tip, she remarked, "Oh, you left a tip?" When I asked why she would assume otherwise, she doubled down, stating, "Oh, most people don't." Later, when I asked about business hours, she aggressively questioned why I wanted to know the closing time or why I would ever return. Given her unprovoked nastiness, I felt singled out, harshly judged, racially profiled, and discriminated against. Before posting publicly, I tried to resolve this privately. I contacted Pure Med Spa directly, and staff promised management would follow up. They never did. I called approximately four more times, but my requests were completely ignored. I never received an apology or a resolution. I demand that management immediately review the September 17 footage , investigate Linda's discriminatory behavior, and explain why my repeated attempts to reach management were neglected. I also filed a formal complaint to BBB on this incident in hopes for accountability from Pure Med Spa & that this never happen again to any customer. No one deserves to be discriminated against!!

And upon speaking with further aesthetic professionals was told that it was definitely looking like a money grab, they wanted to do BBL laser to my already lightly colored lips and learned through other professionals that that particular procedure would have mad them even lighter. I definitely expressed that that was a concern of mine and was interested in doing a lip blushing because they are so lightly colored. So thank God, I didn't listen to their awful recommendations and of course they want to put as much Botox as humanly possible in your face, even though I told her that 38 units was the maximum that I had ever done. In the late evening of the day before my procedure they contacted me to tell me that their medical director had decided not to work with me... less than 24 hours notice! I rearranged my travel schedule and other important dates so that I was able to get the things done that I needed. (as I was put on a month long schedule for certain procedures to be done) The worst part was is that no one could tell me why they decided not to go forward with my treatments. this place may have some nice reviews, but from what I see is major incompetence, immaturity, and unprofessionalism. I had nearly a month between my consultation and the start of my procedures I could have made other arrangements if I had known that they didn't want to work with me. Now I am in need of finding another professional, booking those appointments and I won't be ready for weddings and other special events this Autumn. If I could give zero stars, I would.
