Ask for Carissa!! I asked if I could use my own epsom salt & essential oil for the foot bath, and…read moreshe said ok. She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! It should be based on the service!) After my last visit, this was a much better experience with Carissa! I will call and specifically book with her again. Covid concerns: They socially distance their clients, staff and clients must wear masks, clients must use hand sanitizer upon entry, staff wear gloves for the entire service.

Masseuse Amy asked that I give her a chance to earn my trust. From the start Amy has worked with me to determine proper levels of attention to chronic back pains and muscle tension. She listens and applies the attention and techniques I require at each visit. And I add the therapist are polite and give a warm welcome. My only concern is they're a small spa and when busy the masseuse are required to check walk ins and answer the phone. But overall Silk Touch & Amy specifically are hidden gems.

They explained the services they offered and had a compressive menu of massage services. The employee was polite and explained their full menu of massage therapy. The venue was clean and they even offered a discount. The best perk about this business is that they have dedicsted parking for massage guests. This is essential for busy days at a shopping center. I would recommend trying Purist Massage.

Let's just say I was just a little bit startled and found it impassable to ease back into zone therapy frame of mind. I drove by this place a dozen times. Still gun shy about reflexology I was informed by a few Elite Coppell Ladies how amazing this place really is. Surely no crime ring would be inturupting my treatment in Coppell Texas. So why not. Lets try this again. Dude I'm hooked- $35 gets you an hour of Mind, Body, and Soul treatment. My kids like me better, My hubby thinks I am on disco biscuits~ I highly recommend this kind of treatment, I don't know about you, but my body is polluted with stress- Whatever they do it works. You can find me here once a week now! They have a VIP room (looks fun) open till 10PM

I don't mean any disrespect when I say that, but English is clearly their second language and I just feel like a lot of people find them "rude" but I think it's just a language barrier. Anyways, enough of me preaching about that. I needed a neck massage so badly, and I wanted to go to a chair massage spot we normally go to in the mall, however, being a Friday before Christmas I did not want to deal with that hassle. Found this spot that's only 5 minutes away. Let me give you a slight background of my massage spots normally. I will go on groupon and pick a spot close to me that I can get an appointment with ASAP. I don't spend more than $50 for a massage. We decided on the $30 reflexology which is for an HOUR! Soooo great! This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =)

The lady was also on her phone during the foot portion and was in and out in barely rubbing my leg and putting forth a little more effort. I've received a lot of foot massages across DFW and this one missed the mark, but I always tip. I do not recommend this location due to very rude reaction.
