Ok so we decided to get our feet massaged after a long day of work before he headed out of town. We decided to try treat your feet since we have tried a previous foot massage in the area. We decided to do the $ 35 massage for each of us. He told me that we would be cheated out of 10 minutes since they started on our feet at 9:08 pm and closed at 10:00 pm so I decided to take a snap shot of the time they started so I could make sure I was getting a full hours worth. Needless to say he was right. At 10:00 pm they clapped their hands and said finish. I approached the front desk and she told the 2 ladies to come back and massage us for another 8 minutes and the female lady with the her hair cut in a bob stormed around the corner and shouted to me "I gave you a full body massage and you only paid for a foot massage." Now keep in mind I wanted a foot massage not full body. They spent more time on my body then my feet. The customer service I received at this location was horrible. I can't describe the exact feelings I had at this location but with me being a paying/tipping customer that works hard for my money. Treat your feet this location will never earn a penny from me again. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this location because the manager lady Coco kept saying "She is having a bad day...trust me." First impression was I don't believe a television (news) belongs in a relaxation environment. Ask for a male masseuse and you will get an impostor. I'm a truck driver and long hours sitting begs for serious treatment from SKILLED hands. I wanted an hour, hour and one half full body massage. They were warm and friendly when I went in but all that was gone when I cut the "rub-out" short. He told me "Chinese massage is different" (I'll say it is!) Perhaps they can rub your feet (most people can do that!) but don't be fooled. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. My husband wrote a review about a month ago regarding my experience and I just wanted to elaborate on it. I went there on a Friday night for an hour foot massage. As I was paying I scratched my hand and had two bug bites near my thumb... Didn't think much of it. When I got in my car, I felt a bite on my left arm and looked at where the bite came from and saw a tiny white/clear mite with an orange spot on it... Turns out it was Body Lice! On the drive home, I killed about 10 more body lice on my arms & front of my shirt (my husband was driving). I completely freaked out, took all my clothes off in my driveway and went to Urgent Care where I was treated for parasites (kills scabies, body lice, bed bugs). My 2 yr old daughter was treated as well since she started itching too (she sat in the chair next to me). The treatment is a very strong and toxic cream that burns like crazy when applied and I had to watch my 2 yr old scream with pain from the burning! I'm now dealing with the company's insurance company to reimburse me for all my costs due to their negligence... We spent about $2700 in medical bills, prescriptions, deep cleaning the house, cleaning my car, etc. If their insurance doesn't cover all my expenses, we will seek legal action. It was a complete nightmare for 2+ weeks because treatment is for two weeks and it's highly contagious! read more

I went here because I had several friends recommend the place and they had great reviews on yelp. I went on a Sunday morning for my birthday to get the "$25" hour long foot massage. The gentleman doing my massage was doing a fairly decent job with my massage but his hands smelled of cigarettes, the first part of the massage they massage your face and shoulders so this was a little off putting. I was willing to get past the cigarette smell but so many other things happened. They have the massage area with dimmed lights and calm music playing to promote a relaxing atmosphere as you would expect in a spa but all of the employees here were talking non-stop and banging things around. I couldn't relax. The last straw was when another lady sat next to me to get a massage and she kept texting the entire time and refused to put her phone on silent. This texting woman was the mother of one the employees. I stopped my massage when I was about 25 minutes into my 60 minute massage to ask politely that the staff be a little more polite and for the texting lady to please put her phone on silent. The staff lady I was explaining my concerns to could have cared less about asking her employees to be more polite, all she cared about was what would happen if I walked out right then and how much I would be paying her. It was at this point that she informed me my 60 minute massage was $30 and not $25 like their website says, she then told me she would charge me $25 as I was 25 minutes into my 60 minute massage. I told her I wanted to finish my massage I just asked that people be quieter and she was like" this is how it is at all massage places." I've gone to Sole Spa in buck head many a times, Sole Spa is very similar to this place but let me tell you it's x20 better with much better customer service. Anyways, the lady pointed out that at this point in our conversation it was quiter and I hoped that after hearing my complaints the noise makers around me would be more polite. I laid back down to finish my massage and the staff members family member that was texting next to me continued to text with her phone still noise on. At this point I addressed the woman directly and asked her to please put her phone on vibrate. The woman told me she wasn't bothering me and not to talk to her. It was so rude! Lady I just told you that you were bothering me! At this point I gave up and walked out. The same wonderful woman that came to speak with me about my concerns was at the front desk and all she cared about was getting her money and not rectifying the situation. I told her I'd pay $15, not the 20 she was asking and left. I never heard an apology from anyone and in the end the rude staff members mother is the one who won over the actual customer. In hind site I'm very upset I paid anything at all for this service, it was just that in the moment I felt very pressured from all the rude staff around me. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! Go to Sole Spa in buckhead instead, much more relaxing and much better customer service. read more

I went here recently for a massage. Only after I arrived did I realize that the place I used to pretty regularly to go (Treat Your Feet, the one ITP on Buford Highway) had moved to a newly built location and changed their name. Parking here is less than at their old location, but I was told when I was leaving there is also parking next door. But lets get on to the massage services. Inside is very clean with soft lighting and relaxing Chinese instrumental music playing. I went for a body massage. I often need this to relax after long hours on a computer and a not so young body. The therapist I saw when I visited was a young Chinese girl named Maggie who gave me a great 90 minute massage. Doesn't Atlanta traffic with the freeway falling down have everyone a little extra tense? I am not one to talk very much through most of the session, but the few times I spoke, Maggie's English was good. I do not like when a therapist can't understand what you are trying to convey. I generally need to mention anything bothering me or tense, and make sure the pressure is not too hard. Her pressure was medium as I requested. I can't take hard pressure. I felt very relaxed when we were done. She did good work to relax my neck and back. It was not very busy when we were done so she gave me a mini tour of the new shop. I'm sure they want me to come there on a more regular basis. It's doesn't look as big as the old place, but there is plenty of room. There is also a shower to use if you need and I thought that was a positive change. When I checked out the manager Coco was very straightforward and asked how my session was. I told her and Maggie it was very good. I thought the price was good for the service. I left with a card for this new place, and a bottle of water. read more

Don't waste your money. My bf and I went in for a 1 hr body massage hoping for a relaxing experience. Note we get this done all the time. There was this dingy looking guy outside smoking and all I could think was I hope he doesn't work here. I came in the place looks decent and I ask for 2 body massage and they took us to the room. Laying face down I could smell a smoker walking into the room, didn't want to be rude so I went ahead and let him massage me. At first he was a little rough, so I told him to please be gentle. When the other masseuse walked in I could tell he was talking about me. I was trying to relax but he talked, laughed, and talked the whole time. The more he talked the more rough he massage me. I kept telling him to put less pressure but he didn't. As he continue to talk to the other person he barely concentrated on the massage. We were probably 15 min into the massage and had to tell him that I want to cut it short and just do a 30. I couldn't bare the pain or rudeness any more. Right when I told him that he hurry up and finish my massage. When he was done he left didn't say anything to me. I still paid for my service and tipped them bc I'm nice like that.I could hear him talking and laughing at me on my way out. But NEVER HAVE I LEFT SO FRUSTRATED AND SORE.
