I was very disappointed. I've had many friends go here and have good experiences, but mine was not. I asked for a 30 min foot massage, and got a 60 min foot massage. It was not a relaxing experience. One of the massage therapists had an alarm which kept going off. I asked my therapist not to use oil when she asked me if it was ok if she touched my face, and she wiped her hands on her arms. I wish I had walked out. She scratched my head with her fingernails, and picked me up from my shoulders so that my head was handing straight back - not good on my neck. I will not go back! read more

This place was alright. I came in for a lymphatic massage to help drain fluid. The atmosphere was alright and my masseuse was very nice and friendly. It wasn't the nicest or fanciest massage I've gotten but it was alright. One thing that was SO annoying was the noise. People kept walking in and out of doors slamming doors. Shouting talking. We enjoyed a relaxing foot massage while watching a big screen tv! In fairness, I tried this place on a weekend afternoon...but the foot massage was mediocre and the atmosphere was not relaxing. The people around me were talking and the noise traveled in from the cash register area. They offer the same foot massage as everyone else on Buford Hwy, at the same price, but it seemed more assembly line than personal and other places are more relaxing. I was very pleased with everything about the location. Clean, Friendly, pleasant. There were lots of people (women and men) going in and out of the place. You can't beat the price - $25 for an hour's foot massage! There was no hint of impropriety. Impromptu one hour foot massage with my girlfriend....Saturday at 730pm. Took us right away. Thanks. The massage area is literally 1ft from the entrance. I walked in excited. The receptionist....unfriendly, on her phone, abrupt. As we were escorted into the 'massage' area a gentleman getting a massage said 'damn so loud' to me with a chuckle....it was funny . I laughed to. It was appreciated. Both people massaging us hands smelled of smoke. An iPhone earpiece in one ear talking as he's massaging my head! What??! I really don't understand any of the negative comments, this is truly a wonderful place & experience. The staff is well informed and trained to give a true Chinese foot massage. The chairs are perfect, the TV wwill be tuned to your preference. I have been a customer for over 3 years, had treatments when I had a boken ankle, one foot in a cast and I was never dissapointed. I have recommended and have brought numerous friends all with very positive results. I have been here many times. I've never had a bad massage here and the price is right. This said I have had a few disappointing experiences which I will share. Without these complaints I could give a fifth star. First I wish I could find a foot massage place without a giant screen TV. That's too much brain activity going on while I am trying to relax. Even if I close my eyes I can still see the light of the TV because it is HUGE. It's like the foot massage place is a temple to the god "American Television." Once I asked them to please turn the volume off (I was the only person who was awake in the store) and they acted very put out. The manager was great and put on the subtitles but the workers were upset. All of the employees were talking so loudly with one another--why did they even need the TV? I'm sure it gets boring in there, but sometimes work is boring at my job, too. I'm paying to relax. If I want to watch a loud TV I can go to a sports bar. The chairs on one side of the room are not comfortable for me (I am tall) so once I asked to please switch sides before my massage started. There was plenty of room. The girl doing my massage acted like I had asked her to go outside and wash my car in the rain. I had to be very assertive to get a comfortable chair. Not a great way to start off a massage. I just wish there was a lot less noise, less loud laughter and chatter. Sometimes it has been very quiet, peaceful and wonderful. Othertimes it's like the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. At times there have been children running up and down and screaming/crying. Children whining during massages. What? Young children in a massage parlor? Get a sitter, people! Here is a hint for the managers and staff of "Treat Your Feet": Most people like quiet relaxation during massages. It's common sense. As I said the massages are quite good. They could only improve them one way: do some hand and arm massage during the first ten minutes, like they do at some other spas. I like the newer hot rock rub they have added. There is more slapping of the legs than there used to be and I'm not a huge fan of being slapped more. Also now they hit you with these little hammers. That part is ok. My last complaint is that once my boss gave me a gift card for a massage here--nice right? When I presented it, the girl working the cash register tried to get me to pay and "use my gift later." She said that there was no one there who knew how to credit me. So, I made her call the manager because I wanted my free massage. I did finally get it but it was a hassle. I had to wait for the manager to drive to the shop. Stress about payment undoes the purpose of the massage. Pros: It appears clean. They give a great massage. Everyone seems well trained. The price. Most of the people I have encountered there are very nice. The exceptions are listed above. The decor is fine. Unlike most reviewers I find the music calming and peaceful. For five extra dollars you can have ginger oil. Enjoy! read more

Do not get this place confused with the other treat your feet location! I made an appointment at this treat your feet by accident and I could not have been more disappointed! While it is supposed to be quiet and peaceful while you get your massage, my guy talked loudly with his counterpart next to him throughout my whole massage, tried to up charge for everything, and only massaged for 45 minutes when we paid for an hour. Was a complete waste of money. Don't be fooled that it has the same name as the other treat your feet just OTP! read more

My husband I went for one hour foot massages....and we were very excited. My experience was very poor. We had appointments but they are very disorganized with appointments and don't even want your name if you call...no one really spoke much English, either. They sat us in 2 front chairs right in front of the front desk/place to pay with lights shining....and right next to a big flatscreen tv that was on. Employees were yelling to each other and talking loudly. There was a kid running around. So far...nothing relaxing about this to me. They started on my husband and forgot about me. 15 minutes later, I finally asked. A man came over with a cordless phone in one hand and made a very poor attempt to start massaging my foot with one hand....while answering phone calls and talking loudly on the phone and making appointments. After 5 minutes, I asked if someone else could give me a massage as this wasn't working for me. He told they were very short-handed and he needed to answer the calls. A few minutes later another man took over. To make a long story short...I got NOTHING compared to what my husband got. My husband liked his....they massaged him up to the knees, used little rubber hammers to pound on his legs, and the woman gave him a massage all over his legs, thighs, shoulders, scalp, neck. He said it was great. I got none of that. The guy did one leg and not the other....forgot about my other leg. Then had me sit in a weird position with pillows to lean over that kept falling....and tried to massage my back. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. When I paid, I asked the manager, and he said my guy was part-time and didn't really know what to do. WHAT?? That's not ok! Then....as we were leaving....he asked us if we were going to give tips to our people?? I had already given my guy a tip and my husband's woman lierally ran out....he was trying to get her attention to give her a tip before she left but she was in a huge hurry....... The manager then asked again for a tip for her. My husband gave it to the manager and I'm sure that woman will never see that tip. Overall, my husband enjoyed his massage and mine was pathetic. I checked out another Foot Massage place with the same name (not related businesses)....5 minutes outside the Perimeter on Buford HIghway and it looked leaps and bounds cleaner, nicer atmosphere and very professional. I will try again - but at the other location. I would never, ever return to this place. It was NOT relaxing....noisy, tv on, phones ringing, people yakking, and worse. And....btw, neither of us got an hour. 40 minutes at best and 10 minutes soaking feet at the beginning. read more

I have been coming here way before they renovated the place. Always had great experiences except this recent time when i came with my brother. My brother and i walked in and was greeted right away by a young lady at the front desk. I told her we would like to get foot massages for 2 and she brought us in and seated is right away which was awesome. We soaked out feet in a bucket of warm water for about 10-15 mins before someone came to work on us. Usually, they work on your neck and head while you're soaking your feet, but i figured the ladies sitting outside in the front were probably busy on the phone or eating or doing something...or maybe it's not their turn yet? Heck idk. But yea I really didnt mind the soaking because it's relaxing and i really needed to relax and relieve the stress. So, after about 10-15 mins a skinny older lady and a young lady that greeted me came to start on us. The older lady worked on my brother while the younger lady worked on me. I was excited by this point because they finally came and i've been waiting all day for this. So the lady started on my head and neck, and it was awful. It pretty much went downhill ever since she touched my face. I felt like i was getting a facial or something. She was lightly touching my face and head like i barely felt anything. She even put her fingers in my ears like INSIDE..it was weird. I have never had anyone put their fingers in my ears, it's usually just on the outside, but i figured maybe that was her way of massage so whatever. So, as she continued on to my neck and shoulder, it got worst. It was like she didnt really know how to massage. So my conclusion is she probably has a facial license and not massage, which would explains the facial motions with the face and the horrible head and neck massage. So after a while, a young man came and took over from the lady that was working on me. Thank goodness!! The experience started going uphill from here until the older lady that was working on my brother started talking to the guy working on me. I have no idea what she was talking about, but she just kept talking and talking and talking. Sh was giving my a headache because i was trying to relax and yet she just kept on talking. The guy working on me did great because eventhough she kept talking to him, he just nod or give very soft short answers back. Not only that, but she kept getting up. Usually, it's just one person out of the two get up to get the towel/hot stones/stick and come back. My guy sat on the outer side so he got up to grab the stuff, and she just kept getting up after him and gossip all the way. Smh. So, after the massages are done we got up to pay and i gave the guy working on me some tip, but not the older lady because she really ruined my experience with her nonstop talking. I gave her 60 dollars for the two foot massages and handed my guy some tip while not handing her any. She looked at me and put her hand out and was like, "tip?" And i said, "sorry, no tip for you..". She then gave me the stare like how dare i not tip her, so i proceeded to explain to her the reason why im not tipping her and she put her hand out again and asked again, "me no tip?!" And i said, "no, sorry". Then she just looked the other way like she dont even want to look at me because she just disgusted that i dont give her a tip. Smh. read more

Made a appointment yesterday came today and the lady that wasn't there yesterday that is usually at the front desk told me basically oh well. I'm disappointed it was for my mom since she is the picky one and needs and deserves a good deep massage. She likes Susan because she knows how to massage and where her knots are. I'm easy I don't complain much but the person I got every now and then I'd have to tell her to calm down on the pressure. You would think you'd get it after a couple of times. This is my second time coming here the first time I had a guy and he straight up smelled like cigarettes. I hate smelling cigs and for him to touch my face?! My face ended up smelling like it too. I have never experienced such pampering in my life! After a long weekend walking and dancing in heels in the streets of New Orleans for my bachelorette weekend, my feet and legs were aching, to say the least. There was a reflexology "spa" near our hotel in the French Quarter, but we never had the time to visit, so upon my return to Atlanta I knew I had to find something comparable. Thanks to my fellow Yelpers I found Treat Your Feet. What an amazing experience! I walked right in and was immediately placed in a comfy, over-stuffed chair. A big tub of hot water with massage stones at the bottom was brought to me for my feet to soak. After that, I enjoyed the most amazing foot massage for 40 minutes (there's a ten minute soak before and ten minute shoulder/head rub at the end -- so a full hour treatment) for $30! I chose to upgrade to the ginger oil for an extra $5 because my poor tootsies needed all the help they could get. It was definitely worth every penny and I am already planning my next visit. An added bonus, some of my favorite restaurants, Gu's Bistro and Lee's Bakery, are near by, as well as the Buford Highway Farmer's Market in case you want to pick up some fresh produce when you are done. Great place for a foot massage! I believe it's $5 more for a foot massage here than their sister place down the street? $30 vs $25, but the extra $5 is well worth it for the ambience. It's actually definitely a lot nicer at this location. I went with a group of 7 girlfriends for a birthday outing and they put us all together in the big room and accommodated us very well! I have been to both this location and the old location. The massage therapists are always great. However, the new location is much nicer. I'm always greeted by the manager who is very professional and makes sure that I am assigned a professional therapist. I generally get a 90 minute body massage which is a bargain for $80. After sitting in an office chair all day, the massage really helps me relax and relieves all the tightness from my muscles. I have always left feeling much better than when I arrived. I would wholeheartedly recommend this spa to anyone who needs to relax after a stressful day at the office. read more

Absolutely the worst foot massage experience I have had in Atlanta. First of all the place is dirty and scummy. The guy that did my massage had a nasal drip and I swear he had to stop every few seconds to wipe his nose on his hand as he massaged my head....absolutely disgusting!!! I also brought my 2 sisters who were visiting from out of town.. I thought this would be a special treat for them-boy was I wrong!!! They sat side by side and the two guys doing their massage talked to each other the entire time. To top it all off, the phone would ring and reverberate throughout the massage area. The massagers would haul buckets of water on trolleys that would make loud clackity clack noises. It was like being in a MARTA station. It was far from relaxing and now I'm coming down with a cold!!! Seriously? Only $30 for a 1 hour foot massage? This place is very profesional on my first visit. Enter into a big room with 10 oversized chairs, bring a friend if you wish. Massager works on feet, leaves the room and comes back with hot stones then leaves abs comes back. Then told to put head where feet were and feet where head was. A little tricky and difficult if you have issues with your neck and back. You can opt out of the rest of the time having a massage of the shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Very soothing music and very relaxing. I'll go back and get a regular massage. read more

I recently went to Treat Your Feet on a busy Sunday evening with several friends. I have been a couple of times before and I have to say that this time, I was pretty disappointed. Yes, the massage was fantastic but the hostess was extremely rude and pushy. All she wanted to do was get us in and out so she could bring in the next customers. She basically rushed us out of the room after our massage with "are you ready to check out?" No time to revel in relaxation there! Then, they basically asked my friend if she was leaving a cash tip since she didn't include it on her credit card. Quite presumptuous and rude.
