There are 2 amazing people that work at the Pasadena location.. (I'm sure there are more but once i had these 2 women working on me, i stopped booking with random people and made them my regular.) Anywho, if you go to this location I highly recommend Savannah for your massage therapist and Joy for a facial. They are AMAZING!!! Now, on to the bad part.. I highly recommend you do NOT purchase a gift card under your name or account when buying a gift for someone..This is probably my biggest complaint with Massage Heights Pasadena. They are very very friendly, but don't seem like everyone is on the same page and i hate when things/places/people are not consistant. I purchased a gift card for my dad for Christmas, at the same time. I also received a gift card for Christmas from someone else. Everytime I went I personally handed them MY gift card to charge for the tip and everything seemed to be going smoothly UNTIL the day my father decided to go use his giftcard. They told him he only had $5.00 on the card because I have been using it. WHAT?! How have I been using a gift card that isn't even in my possession? Turns out the gift card I bought him stays on my file so everytime I thought I was charging my giftcard (the one I personally handed to them each time) wasn't even being charged and they were just deducting the tip off the card on file. SO DUMB! Anyways, their way of compensation was taking care of his massage THAT NIGHT! My dad lives in Houston and was already home when I received a response from the managers email, he isn't going to drive all the way back to Pasadena for a massage. I did not like how they treated a long time member and for that reason, I will not be renewing my membership with them this time around. The fact that they don't take care of their good members when they mess up disgusted me. Other than that, I think they are great.. Just not for me anymore. read more

My first time being here I came in to purchase the Mia 2 that I've been wanting since Ulta was completely out the day I went. While being there, the girl who helped me was Areen and she was very helpful and answered my questions. She recommended me to get a facial so I decided why not. I booked a facial and came in not knowing what to expect. I was really impressed with the results and how my face felt after words so I decided to get a 3 month membership since I will be getting married in June and will be moving to Kentucky where I don't think they have a massage heights. I also buy all of my dermalogica face products from here since they are always in stock unlike Ulta. I recently purchased my sister an hour facial and she thanked me so much for it. The lady who did her facial was named joy and she said she did an excellent job. It's pricey but definitely worth it. Helpful and kind ladies at the front desk. Highly recommend. read more

This place is awesome! I had received a gift card about 8 months ago, but was skeptical to use it. I finally went and to my surprise, this location is amazing! Once you walk in, the environment is calming and just so appealing. The outside of the building does nothing for it. The rooms are clean, dimly lit and so spa-retreat like. The massage therapist asked what my goals were, explained what she was going to do, and was very professional. Then provided me with a paper with some things to follow post- massage. I told the life specialist at the front, that my experience was even better than the one I had in Vegas, but at a fraction of the cost. It was great, and plan on going back monthly!!!! read more

I started going to Massage Heights after me and my daughter were both told by Massage Envy that they did not have any appointments available. We have been very pleased with the service that we receive when we go there. I like it because you are able to be in a three month contract but if financially you are not able to pay you can go in there and freeze your account for three months before another payment comes out. This is very convenient for when times are hard. I always have good customer service when I go in and I am always greeted when I first walk in the door. Everyone is always so nice and I have never had an issue getting an appointment whenever I call. read more

My wife and I have been getting massages for many years and after going from one place to another we went into Massage Heights in Pasadena and were met not only with professional staff but masseuse that fit the bill. while others couldn't keep a masseuse for more than a month it seemed we have been with the same one for more than a year. We have now been with Massage Heights for about 4 years with no plans on changing. Appointment reminders, scheduling adjustments, payment plans, hot stones, hot towels, Swedish or deep tissue... no problem. read more

I came in and saw Richard and he was awesome!! Very professional, gentle yet effective. I wish he worked evenings and weekends, but I certainly understand. The ladies up front were very professional and explained the new (much more affordable) packages. I ended up purchasing the 4 hours, which is MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than paying al a carte. I highly recommend this location. Also, a bit of a hidden secret... the really comfortable sheets on the massage tables, can be ordered for your own bed. A bit expensive, but worth every cent!! read more

I can't put into words how wonderful a massage makes me feel. Each and every time I go in the massage has been very relaxing . All my stress is worked out and when I am done I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and when I am driving home I feel so relaxed and nothing bothers me. I would recommend for any one who has a stressful job or just to feel like you are on cloud 9 to have a massage. You will be hooked on how wonderful you feel and will continue to go back. Thanks Sylvia read more

I have been a member at Massage Heights for several years and have never been disappointed in the customer service there. Sometimes, I don't always get a therapist that blows me away, but more times than not I am very satisfied. I had a great massage last night and can't wait to go back to the same therapist soon. The people at the front desk are always very nice and I really like that I can usually get an appointment when I want it. Availability is one of the most important factors to me. read more

Massage Heights employers are very helpful, generous, polite and very welcoming. It was my first time actually going to a professional massage place back in November and I'm glad I chose Massage Heights. I already referred quite a few people myself there just from my experience in getting massages at your place. Thank you for y'all's service y'all have provided for me so far and I definitely plan on coming back soon. Also Gabriel was very kind and I'm glad I was referred to him. read more

I started going to Massage Heights after Massage Envy told me to go there that they did not have any appointments available. I have had a wonderful experience there. Everyone is always so nice, and polite. It is a very quiet environment. The schedule is always flexible. They are call and remind you when a payment has been taken out of your account and ask if you would like to make an appointment instead of having to call back. I do not regret going to Massage Heights. read more

If you like deep tissue massages, Holly & Sylvie are the way to go. They are both so AWESOME, please keep in mind this is for DEEP TISSUE (because that is what I always get and I can handle it, some people can't handle all the pressure, but they are really good asking if the pressure is ok for you). I have had a membership with them for probably 2+ years. I even went there for prenatal massages. The girls that work the front desk are friendly and helpful as well. read more

I love the Massage Heights in Pasadena. The staff is wonderful and I have had several different therapist there be able to give proper deep tissue massages. It is not easy to find a therapist that can give the proper pressure during a deep tissue massage. Furthermore, as soon as my prepaid goes through, the front office calls me to schedule, instead of waiting for me to call and pocketing my money. I am very happy here and will forever be a loyal customer. read more

VeryHi happy with this place. Went in on whim this past Monday evening. I called few hours prior to make sure there was a spot available, and was lucky to find a few that worked with my schedule. Went in to find this place to be serene. The front desk person was very polite and hospitable. My therapist was so great! truly amazing and relaxing session. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you again. Will be back soon. read more

I switched to Massage Heights after a bad experience with Massage envy regarding their billing policies and lack of available reliable therapists. I have been with this company for quite a while now and haven't regretted the change once. Always consistent therapists and plenty of schedule flexibility. I am always impressed with how friendly and prompt the front desk is too. Never greeted with less than professional and friendly. read more

Love Massage Heights as an inexpensive way to have monthly massages. It's relaxing and soothing. Gabriel is my favorite therapist. He works with me on specific problems. I have had bronchitis for weeks - thinking I was headed to the hospital. I decided to try a focused massage on ribs and lungs. I was a new person the next day. If they would allow me to share my unused massages with family the rating would be five star. read more

I went here for the 1st time as a guest and loved it. I signed up for a year and thankful that I did. The cost is very reasonable and the service is outstanding. Front receptionists are inviting and the therapists are excellent. Both Kevin and Carlos are fantastic. They are experienced professionals and I recommend both of them to anyone. Take time out of your busy schedule to visit. You will be glad you did. read more

I have been getting great massages from Rosie since before Christmas. She always listens to what I want, and gives me the perfect massage. She remembers past conversations we have had about things going on with me and asks how those things are going. Never fails to make me feel like a queen, not just a customer. Front desk is always courteous and professional. Location is clean and pleasantly decorated. read more

I went for a 90 minute hot stone massage...and I think I've found my regular place now! I've been getting massages all over the city for the past 6 years, and never really loved a place until now...everything from the level of service (the massage was AMAZING!), to the extremely relaxing environment (the music, the massage rooms) definitely makes me want to come back...very soon! read more

I saw Katrina and she was so great! I liked that she really worked on my problem area on my shoulders and neck. I carry my stress there especially driving in Houston traffic. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. It was really relaxing and I highly recommend this splurge to anyone needing help with body aches. You will not be disappointed! The expense is soooo worth it!! read more
