There are 2 amazing people that work at the Pasadena location.. (I'm sure there are more but once i had these 2 women working on me, i stopped booking with random people and made them my regular.) Anywho, if you go to this location I highly recommend Savannah for your massage therapist and Joy for a facial. They are AMAZING!!! Now, on to the bad part.. I highly recommend you do NOT purchase a gift card under your name or account when buying a gift for someone..This is probably my biggest complaint with Massage Heights Pasadena. They are very very friendly, but don't seem like everyone is on the same page and i hate when things/places/people are not consistant. I purchased a gift card for my dad for Christmas, at the same time. I also received a gift card for Christmas from someone else. Everytime I went I personally handed them MY gift card to charge for the tip and everything seemed to be going smoothly UNTIL the day my father decided to go use his giftcard. They told him he only had $5.00 on the card because I have been using it. WHAT?! How have I been using a gift card that isn't even in my possession? Turns out the gift card I bought him stays on my file so everytime I thought I was charging my giftcard (the one I personally handed to them each time) wasn't even being charged and they were just deducting the tip off the card on file. SO DUMB! Anyways, their way of compensation was taking care of his massage THAT NIGHT! My dad lives in Houston and was already home when I received a response from the managers email, he isn't going to drive all the way back to Pasadena for a massage. I did not like how they treated a long time member and for that reason, I will not be renewing my membership with them this time around. My first time being here I came in to purchase the Mia 2 that I've been wanting since Ulta was completely out the day I went. While being there, the girl who helped me was Areen and she was very helpful and answered my questions. She recommended me to get a facial so I decided why not. I booked a facial and came in not knowing what to expect. I was really impressed with the results and how my face felt after words so I decided to get a 3 month membership since I will be getting married in June and will be moving to Kentucky where I don't think they have a massage heights. I also buy all of my dermalogica face products from here since they are always in stock unlike Ulta. I recently purchased my sister an hour facial and she thanked me so much for it. The lady who did her facial was named joy and she said she did an excellent job. It's pricey but definitely worth it. Helpful and kind ladies at the front desk. Highly recommend. read more

This place is awesome! I had received a gift card about 8 months ago, but was skeptical to use it. I finally went and to my surprise, this location is amazing! Once you walk in, the environment is calming and just so appealing. The outside of the building does nothing for it. The rooms are clean, dimly lit and so spa-retreat like. The massage therapist asked what my goals were, explained what she was going to do, and was very professional. Then provided me with a paper with some things to follow post- massage. I told the life specialist at the front, that my experience was even better than the one I had in Vegas, but at a fraction of the cost. It was great, and plan on going back monthly!!!! read more

I started going to Massage Heights after me and my daughter were both told by Massage Envy that they did not have any appointments available. We have been very pleased with the service that we receive when we go there. I like it because you are able to be in a three month contract but if financially you are not able to pay you can go in there and freeze your account for three months before another payment comes out. This is very convenient for when times are hard. I always have good customer service when I go in and I am always greeted when I first walk in the door. Everyone is always so nice and I have never had an issue getting an appointment whenever I call. read more

I came in and saw Richard and he was awesome!! Very professional, gentle yet effective. I wish he worked evenings and weekends, but I certainly understand. The ladies up front were very professional and explained the new (much more affordable) packages. I ended up purchasing the 4 hours, which is MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than paying al a carte. I highly recommend this location. Also, a bit of a hidden secret... the really comfortable sheets on the massage tables, can be ordered for your own bed. I went into Massage Heights off Fairmont and BW8. The place was really clean and smelled good. The staff was extremely friendly. My therapist was named Laura. She asked me what areas I needed worked on and what type of pressure I needed. She made me feel comfortable (I feel awkward and vulnerable being undressed in a public setting). I was very happy with my massage. I felt rejuvenated. The whole massage was great but the head massage was the best. I can't put into words how wonderful a massage makes me feel. Each and every time I go in the massage has been very relaxing . All my stress is worked out and when I am done I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and when I am driving home I feel so relaxed and nothing bothers me. If you like deep tissue massages, Holly & Sylvie are the way to go. They are both so AWESOME, please keep in mind this is for DEEP TISSUE (because that is what I always get and I can handle it, some people can't handle all the pressure, but they are really good asking if the pressure is ok for you). I love the Massage Heights in Pasadena. The staff is wonderful and I have had several different therapist there be able to give proper deep tissue massages. It is not easy to find a therapist that can give the proper pressure during a deep tissue massage. Furthermore, as soon as my prepaid goes through, the front office calls me to schedule, instead of waiting for me to call and pocketing my money. Love Massage Heights as an inexpensive way to have monthly massages. It's relaxing and soothing. Gabriel is my favorite therapist. He works with me on specific problems. I have had bronchitis for weeks - thinking I was headed to the hospital. I decided to try a focused massage on ribs and lungs. I was a new person the next day.
