I've received massages from Laura multiples times over the years & she never fails at relieving my tension and knots in my neck, lower back and hips. She uses her handy tools to help get deep in the tissue with different stretches in between. If you're looking to relieve your pain, I highly suggest booking with Laura! read more

Amazing place! When you first walk in it smells very clean and calming. The front desk girlies are super sweet and friendly. When you go into the waiting room or tranquility room the vibe is super peaceful and calming, the lights are dim and there is beautiful scenery on the television. When I was taken back by my therapist, Stephanie B, she was very genuine and we went over why I was there, if I had any pain and such. She took really good care of me, and I left feeling brand new. Everything from the check in to the check out was amazing! This place will not disappoint! read more

I love this place been a Member for 5 years and today I tried a massage with Stephanie, she did great!

I came here for a facial , I was able to book an appointment over the phone . When I came in I felt welcome the lady in the front desk was helpful. The waiting area was nice and didn't have to wait long at all . The lady that did my facial her name is heather she was really nice and didn't make it feel awkward at all like other places . She made me feel comfortable and relax. after my face feel nice and clean I loved it . Would definitely be coming back again . read more

Love service and smiles. I am a member and enjoy coming in it helps with my aching muscles and hurt feet .

Trashy & unprofessional. My massage was not comfortable & started to become painful & I asked to stop. The agents at the counter were intentionally vague when I asked about a refund/credit and directed me to a convoluted email process instead of answering my questions directly in the room and have a real conversation about what went wrong. When I pressed them, they said they would still be charging for a full hour. I left feeling really cramped and swollen and worse than when I came. Do not waste your money or time. Other negative reviews on here feel in line with my experience. read more

not the one in Baybrook. massage therapist are not all good. receptionist doesn't know what's shes doing.

The key to a great massage is letting your therapist know what you want. I've found my regular therapist (won't say who because I don't want you to book her!!) and my backup. They are both wonderful. read more

I went into Massage Heights off Fairmont and BW8. The place was really clean and smelled good. The staff was extremely friendly. My therapist was named Laura. She asked me what areas I needed worked on and what type of pressure I needed. She made me feel comfortable (I feel awkward and vulnerable being undressed in a public setting). I was very happy with my massage. I felt rejuvenated. The whole massage was great but the head massage was the best. I will definitely be going back for more massages, especially with Laura. read more

PSA! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT become a vip member of this shady place!! I was feeling bad and my daughter decided to get me a massage and she opted to pay monthly so we could get their perks. But I didn't have a good experience with the staff initially so I procrasted going back. They'd already debited FOUR months of $59.99 charges. I called them yesterday and was told since my daughter cancelled the membership I could NOT get the massages she'd already paid for. WHAT A SCAM!! THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT WHEN THEY CONVINCE YOU TO BECOME VIP!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM IF THEY WERE THE LAST PEOPLE ON EARTH.... FOR NOTHING!! Jennifer the manager told me THE SYSTEM doesn't allow them to book me to use my credits if I'm not a member. I'm writing a review on EVERY platform I can find including the BBB! Bunch of crooks! read more

Massage therapist continuously kept speaking to me in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish . It is rude to assume I speak it based on the color of my skin . She talked the whole entire time . Never once turned me over . Used foul language and then proceeded to mention my weight . WHILE IM BASICALLY NUDE AND VULNERABLE ON THE TABLE . First and last time I'll ever go to any of these establishments !!! read more

Love it!! I come once a month and my back pain has improved so much!! Took me so long to finally find somewhere I enjoy!

My back is killing me due to lots of turbulence as of late and I have enjoyed MH many times (from requesting and receiving multiple gifted sessions to purchasing MY OWN membership) however now that I have CANCELLed my membership -according to their policy I had to physically come in at least 30 days prior despite being TOLD I could cancel via WRITTEN notice. Just now I just attempted to come in for my last massage (again, was TOLD it expires on Feb 19th but conveniently I'm being TOLD THAT WAS A LIE and it expired FEB 10 (seriously you can't make one simple adjustment for a loyal customer?!?) No one working those front desk seems to care about customer service - besides enjoying much better quality massages in The Heights/Chinatown Houston my MAIN REASON FOR CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP was because I did not like the conflicting information I would constantly get on pricing specials and 80% of the time I've had ta simple question about my account I would WAIT around and have to ask the receptionist to DOUBLE CHECk - and SURE enough they blamed the computer system for being confusing etc.) and apologize for GIVING ME MISINFORMATION! I am Looking forward ideally a FIX from management... You happily took my money every month, I never complained about my one hour starting ten minutes after the hour and ENDING 5-10 mins before the hour was over but now I'm upset because I truly feel slighted!!! This is ABSURD! UPDATE: Director "unlocked" my remaining hour after an email. Thanks but I wish the issue never occurred to begin with. read more

The worst employees and Esthetician I've ever came across, Cynthia Sparks has no clue what she's doing! If I had taken the time to read the reviews on this shitty establishment I would have booked at massage envy which is directly across the street, if there was less than one star I would've rated that. Cheap products, shit service and worse employees DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS read more

That is such a lie saying I didn't visit your center! I most certainly did. I checked in on Yelp while I was there! How can you say that I wasn't there? Is this not the location at Fairmont and the Beltway in the shopping center with Target? Yes it is and yes I was there. read more

Too bad this doesn't let me give 0 stars. I booked my appointment for a medium-pressure Swedish Massage. I haven't had many massages in my lifetime but I knew that stretching my foot back to my head and stretching me in a "frog position" wasn't normal for a massage. I was twisted, stretched, and pulled in ways that my body cannot handle. I "walked" out of there with a pulled groin. I FINALLY got in touch with the manager today and she let me know that the receptionists were new and they accidentally booked me for a sports massage. She let me know she would leave a note on my file to not have that therapist next time. Then, when I brought up that they gave me the wrong massage she let me know she'd leave a note to give my next massage at the "new member rate"...... for $90....... and didn't get a refund on my original massage. Ridiculous. I literally was counting down for an entire 90 minutes until the massage was over. Save your time. Go somewhere else. Won't be back. Wouldn't recommend. 0/10. read more

I bought a package of 3 massages and used them every Friday for three weeks. And let me tell you, those were the best three weekends I've had in a very long time. Gabriel is an excellent therapist. He listens very closely and responds accordingly. He's so great that my dad reinstated his membership and is now planning to be a regular of Gabriel's. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I really enjoyed this place! When I first walked in the girls at the front where very nice... then Robert gave me the massage and he was amazing!!! I told him the spots that where hurting me and he worked really hard to work out those spots! He was very professional!! They do not care about their customers! We bought my mom a GC and she couldn't use obviously because of COVID-19, they had some rude manager not help at all say its expired and that they did try and call bunch of lies!!!! Whoever owns this place needs to seriously look at who she has running this place. The "manager" Jennifer was rude and could care less. read more

I had a great experience but my mother on the other hand had a way worse experience. We paid for a hot stone massage, my mom did not get the hot stone massage, the massage therapist ended the massage early, talked the entire time during the massage and never turned off the lights in the room until the last few minutes. Once the massage was "over", which ended 20 minutes early, the therapist finally dimmed the lights and allowed my mom to "nap" for 10 mins and then came back in and asked "what else would you like since the massage was over" . my mom didn't know what to say so she said "it's fine, just end it" and the massage therapist went to the front desk because the massage ended early, when that's not our problem that it did, and stated that my mother stated it was okay that it ended early. While the front desk gave her a discount for not receiving the hot stones, she was still charged the full amount for the one and half hours of the massage when my mother only got an hours worth of the massage. And of course the person at the front desk stated the manager would be in touch and they never called. And to think my mom almost got a membership there. read more

We were responsible citizens who decided to report to massage heights that we weren't feeling well, covid like symptoms. We called them the minute we felt it which was 3.5 hours prior to scheduled appointment and they refused to refund us. I guess it pays to lie and expose everyone. My family, friends, and I will never use them again for any services. They couldn't care less either. Have a nice day they said, as if she didn't even listen that we were not feeling good. Thank you massage heights for making other massage places easier to choose. Have a nice day. read more

While I enjoyed the massages I received during my membership, I was unhappy with the staff and their unwillingness to work with me once I cancelled my membership. I cancelled my membership and was still being debited for two months after. Hopefully they fix it by next month. I was told it wasn't an error of their staff, but a glitch in the computer...um, computers have to programmed!!! I'd also had a massage expire bc I was told I didn't use it in the appropriate amount of time, the time they told me I had to use it in which wasn't correct!! Talk about a headache. read more

I was feeling a little stressed so I scheduled a massage for the next day. They let me know that they will charge your card if you don't show up for your appointment, and you have a 4 hour window (before your actual massage time) to cancel the appt. I showed up a few minutes early, completed their forms and was taken to their tranquility room, which is a dimmed room with a water feature. A few minutes later my masseuse came to get me and take me to the room where my massage would take place. The massage itself was OK, I've had better. I think I need to go back and get a different person. I normally get firm massages that get rid of my knots, but when I got out of there I could still feel a knot on my neck. That's my biggest complain about the massage. I also would have liked for her to focus on the parts that I told her were bothering me. But don't get me wrong, it was still an OK massage. After my massage the masseuse said she would meet me outside with water, but was nowhere to be found once I was ready. The girls in the front desk were nice though. I will return, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and a different person the opportunity to work on my stress knots. read more

My husband and I a both members and we scheduled a massage here- I had Maria and she was very thorough- although she did listen to what I wanted -In fact the ares i marked as do not massage and told her not to massage -seemed to be the areas she focused on even giving too much pressure on the areas. It may be me but massage therapists need to understand What you are asking for. read more
