Amazing place! When you first walk in it smells very clean and calming. The front desk girlies are super sweet and friendly. When you go into the waiting room or tranquility room the vibe is super peaceful and calming, the lights are dim and there is beautiful scenery on the television. When I was taken back by my therapist, Stephanie B, she was very genuine and we went over why I was there, if I had any pain and such. She took really good care of me, and I left feeling brand new. The agents at the counter were intentionally vague when I asked about a refund/credit and directed me to a convoluted email process instead of answering my questions directly in the room and have a real conversation about what went wrong. When I pressed them, they said they would still be charging for a full hour. I left feeling really cramped and swollen and worse than when I came. Do not waste your money or time. I went into Massage Heights off Fairmont and BW8. The place was really clean and smelled good. The staff was extremely friendly. My therapist was named Laura. She asked me what areas I needed worked on and what type of pressure I needed. She made me feel comfortable (I feel awkward and vulnerable being undressed in a public setting). I was very happy with my massage. I felt rejuvenated. The whole massage was great but the head massage was the best. I will definitely be going back for more massages, especially with Laura. read more

My back is killing me due to lots of turbulence as of late and I have enjoyed MH many times (from requesting and receiving multiple gifted sessions to purchasing MY OWN membership) however now that I have CANCELLed my membership -according to their policy I had to physically come in at least 30 days prior despite being TOLD I could cancel via WRITTEN notice. Just now I just attempted to come in for my last massage (again, was TOLD it expires on Feb 19th but conveniently I'm being TOLD THAT WAS A LIE and it expired FEB 10 (seriously you can't make one simple adjustment for a loyal customer?!?) No one working those front desk seems to care about customer service - besides enjoying much better quality massages in The Heights/Chinatown Houston my MAIN REASON FOR CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP was because I did not like the conflicting information I would constantly get on pricing specials and 80% of the time I've had ta simple question about my account I would WAIT around and have to ask the receptionist to DOUBLE CHECk - and SURE enough they blamed the computer system for being confusing etc.) and apologize for GIVING ME MISINFORMATION! I am Looking forward ideally a FIX from management... You happily took my money every month, I never complained about my one hour starting ten minutes after the hour and ENDING 5-10 mins before the hour was over but now I'm upset because I truly feel slighted!!! Too bad this doesn't let me give 0 stars. I booked my appointment for a medium-pressure Swedish Massage. I haven't had many massages in my lifetime but I knew that stretching my foot back to my head and stretching me in a "frog position" wasn't normal for a massage. I was twisted, stretched, and pulled in ways that my body cannot handle. I "walked" out of there with a pulled groin. I FINALLY got in touch with the manager today and she let me know that the receptionists were new and they accidentally booked me for a sports massage. She let me know she would leave a note on my file to not have that therapist next time. Then, when I brought up that they gave me the wrong massage she let me know she'd leave a note to give my next massage at the "new member rate"...... for $90....... and didn't get a refund on my original massage. Ridiculous. I literally was counting down for an entire 90 minutes until the massage was over. Save your time. Go somewhere else. Won't be back. Wouldn't recommend. 0/10. read more

I had a great experience but my mother on the other hand had a way worse experience. We paid for a hot stone massage, my mom did not get the hot stone massage, the massage therapist ended the massage early, talked the entire time during the massage and never turned off the lights in the room until the last few minutes. Once the massage was "over", which ended 20 minutes early, the therapist finally dimmed the lights and allowed my mom to "nap" for 10 mins and then came back in and asked "what else would you like since the massage was over" . my mom didn't know what to say so she said "it's fine, just end it" and the massage therapist went to the front desk because the massage ended early, when that's not our problem that it did, and stated that my mother stated it was okay that it ended early. While the front desk gave her a discount for not receiving the hot stones, she was still charged the full amount for the one and half hours of the massage when my mother only got an hours worth of the massage. And of course the person at the front desk stated the manager would be in touch and they never called. And to think my mom almost got a membership there. read more

We called them the minute we felt it which was 3.5 hours prior to scheduled appointment and they refused to refund us. I guess it pays to lie and expose everyone. While I enjoyed the massages I received during my membership, I was unhappy with the staff and their unwillingness to work with me once I cancelled my membership. I cancelled my membership and was still being debited for two months after. Hopefully they fix it by next month. I was told it wasn't an error of their staff, but a glitch in the computer...um, computers have to programmed!!! I'd also had a massage expire bc I was told I didn't use it in the appropriate amount of time, the time they told me I had to use it in which wasn't correct!! Talk about a headache. read more

I was feeling a little stressed so I scheduled a massage for the next day. They let me know that they will charge your card if you don't show up for your appointment, and you have a 4 hour window (before your actual massage time) to cancel the appt. I showed up a few minutes early, completed their forms and was taken to their tranquility room, which is a dimmed room with a water feature. A few minutes later my masseuse came to get me and take me to the room where my massage would take place. The massage itself was OK, I've had better. I think I need to go back and get a different person. I normally get firm massages that get rid of my knots, but when I got out of there I could still feel a knot on my neck. That's my biggest complain about the massage. I also would have liked for her to focus on the parts that I told her were bothering me. But don't get me wrong, it was still an OK massage. After my massage the masseuse said she would meet me outside with water, but was nowhere to be found once I was ready. The girls in the front desk were nice though. I will return, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and a different person the opportunity to work on my stress knots. read more

I love this place! I had a few female massage therapists, being a female myself I felt more comfortable with them. One day I made an appointment with Sam, and I permanently stuck with him and so did my bf (and my bf is a very picky guy). We love the guy! He is just so professional and made me feel comfortable. Every single time I make requests on areas to focus on, he meets my expectations 100% and then some. One time, he went over 15 minutes just to make sure he worked on all the areas we discussed. He is my favorite massage therapist and I think he is AMAZING at what he does. He does little extra things that others don't like using icy hot balm if I want to; he always leaves a warm towel on my back while working on other areas. He turns on the bed heater. No one's told me about that! It's just an extra perk I can enjoy while getting my massage and the hot stones are great! He also is very good with knowing how much pressure you need and really works on the muscles. I feel so great and relaxed after I am done. I am so glad I finally found a massage therapist that I know I will stick with. I can tell he really cares about his work and really makes sure you get the experience you want. Very nice guy. Also, the ladies at the front desk are so accommodating and sweet. I think they have great customer service skills. Plus, the facials there are fantastic! read more
