You are given a silk kimono to wear. After sitting down, you get a full visual of your hair and scalp. Whoever is helping you that day will give you a breakdown of what was seen and what will be done to treat your hair/scalp. The massage and washing of your head/hair is very therapeutic and relaxing. After your session, you revisit your hair/scalp and you can see the changes from a 60 minute treatment. You are also given a cup of yummy tea and a snack if you'd like. Overall, my experience was great. They make an emphasis on feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and i definitely felt that way after. I will definitely be back and recommend it.

They were super nice over the phone and said they could take me right away, but only for a half hour as they were closing. The half hour felt longer as my masseuse, Nina, was able to do a lot in that short time. She could intuitively feel where things hurt on me and gently worked out the muscles without hurting me. My back even cracked - without her doing anything to crack it- as my muscles relaxed and it fell back into place. It was kind of a miracle, because within 30 mins I walked out with no pain.
