I live in a…read morehome built in the 1980's and our homes exterior siding had accumulated water damage and rot over the years. I knew this would be a expensive fix as we were going to paint the full exterior of the home once siding repairs were complete. I had about 6 different companies out to bid the work on our house all ranging above my budget for just the siding repairs. Sam and his team from Side Pros came out to do a bid and not only did they beat all the bids he took the time to explain what they would do and provide me with different options to stay within my budget. I also had a deadline to get things done as we had a date for exterior paint starting in a couple weeks. Sam knew this and was able to assemble a crew to get the project moving along quickly. The crew he assembled was amazing and I'm still truly impressed with how good their work is. This project was daunting to me as no wants to spend money on siding and it was important I found the right company for the job that wouldn't rip me off and does quality work. I can honestly say I trust Sam and his crew at Side Pros and would reccomend them over and over. They beat all my expectations and do incredible work. Greatful to Side Pros and will be using them for any future projects on our home!

Review We had a…read moresection of rotten siding and a sill plate uncovered that was supporting our garage wall and potentially posed a structural concern, since the wall was also retaining part of the roof. The Rot Doctor did an excellent job from start to finish. They carefully removed the rotten siding, boards, and supports while temporarily supporting the wall, then installed a new pressure-treated sill, water-resistant siding, flashing, and belly band, with everything properly caulked and sealed. The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built. They also went above and beyond by replacing and reinforcing some warped supports that weren't originally part of the scope. They were experienced and clearly knew how to approach the job, and they were great to work with throughout. Communication and customer service were excellent--we were able to discuss the work as it progressed and adjust the scope when needed. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just three days. The pricing was also competitive. Overall, we're very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend The Rot Doctor.

My husband and I were impressed at every step of the way. The deck is built extremely well and is so beautiful. We have a few more projects and I will be calling him again. Pricing was very competitive. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job installing my deck stairs and porch, they are beautifully done and very sturdy. Far better than what we had before. They were there within 2 days of hire and completed the work within 2 days. We told them not to paint but Alex threw in paint for just the cost of materials, which was nice. Although, I wish I had some say on the color since they didn't ask beforehand and I would have loved a natural stain instead. The crew was very kind, they'd even bring my packages into the garage for me and make sure to close the garage door when they were done. The work is sturdy, done right, and I feel confident will last. My only point of advice is to just be more mindful of the garden. I had just purchased and planted 6 new plants and had a succulent ground cover I had been working to grow out for years. It was all so trampled I thought maybe they had dug it out at first. It would have been nice to get warning so I could dig it up myself (since it was fresh planted) or for them to step around it. Overall, I'd definitely hire GAB again (and likely will to finish our deck soon) and will reccomend them to friends and family. They're responsive, quick, easy to communicate with, the work looks beautiful and done right, and the value for the price is terrific.

Landmark removed all of the old siding, replaced plywood that had rotted, applied new siding paper, then installed the pre-painted Hardi plank. The bid was prompt and fair. They completed the work in a timely manner and were super easy to work with. Really appreciated their attention to detail.
