My roof has leaked for months and was not viable for an asphalt replacement as it is a manufactured home. I was quoted for jobs by many roofing companies and this one was the most economical for a senior citizen! The materials were delivered in a timely manner and within 3 weeks the men were on the roof and doing the replacement. Fortunately, the weather cooperated, as it was the two warmest, sunniest days of the year! The guys were awesome and always informed me when they were here and when they were leaving. And, it only was a two day job! The grounds were impeccably groomed before they left each night and the grass was scoured for nails and other metals. My roof is AMAZING! I love the tinkle of the rain on it today, wheras for the last 6 months or more, I was horrified when it rained and had to bust out the towels! These men were kind, professional and above board. I've had Red Rock Roofing come out to my home on two occasions in the past year: 1) to repair a roof leak caused by deteriorated flashing around my chimney, and 2) to deep clean my tile roof with gentle pressure washing. I received excellent quality of service and customer service on both occasions. For the initial roof leak repair, Quilber and his crew came by to survey the site and my roof. I have a steep tile roof (13/12 or 14/12 pitch), so safety was my primary concern. Quilber and Red Rock Roofing provided an affordable and reasonable estimate considering my roof's type and pitch. On the day of the work, Quilber and his crew were on time. They repaired the flashing around my chimney and even repaired the chimney crown/cap with new cement and sealant. To perform the work safely on my steep roof, they installed anchors into the ridge of my roof to latch themselves onto while another crew member provided counter-weight and guidance when needed. They finished the work within a day as promised. I haven't had a leak ever since, even through multiple heavy rain storms and a few snow storms in the past year. After the roof repair, I asked for a quote for a roof deep clean. We live in a wooded area with many trees above my home, so moss growth leading to leakage was a concern of mine. I asked about their deep clean and pressure washing methods and they assured me that they use very low pressure in order to not damage the tiles or cause a leak. I had them come out again and they did an amazing job. They cleaned off all the cedar tree branches, leaves, and needles, including cleaning our gutter guards. They even replaced a couple roof tiles that were worn out due to age and weather (pointed out to me prior to them cleaning it); fortunately, I had spare roof tiles on hand and they were happy to install them for me. Again, they finished the work within a day as promised. Based on my experiences working with Red Rock Roofing and their customer service, I highly recommend them. The crew members that come out are very polite, professional, and on-time. They go above and beyond and I would be happy to use them again in the future for any roof cleaning and maintenance needs. read more

I was originally very excited that they could handle my job so quickly. I needed a flashing installed on my white PVC roof. They took the flashing to their shop and brought it back with a white piece affixed. Apparently, that piece wasn't large enough when on site so they filled in with gray. I had to agree due to the fact that the next installers were due the next morning. I requested that they provide some white to cover the patch so that I don't have a two-tone roof. They said they would drop off a piece that week. It is now over a month later and still nothing. They don't even return emails or phone calls. I have even offered to drive to their shop. No response. So yeah. 1 star. Plus, their administrator doesn't seem to understand how their automated email system works as I never received the quote she claims was sent, nor the bill. I had to contact them separately, after the original work was done, to be given a price hundreds of dollars higher than other places had quoted me. I should have put it off, waited, and gone with a more reputable organization that can figure out how to send email. read more

We love our new roof from Red Rock- so happy my sister recommended them! We desperately needed a new roof on our 1957 rambler. Our bid was very thorough and they were able to do the job within 2 weeks of approval. Kilbert and crew arrived promptly and worked hard for just over a day. We now have a pristine new PVC roof, new fascia boards and plywood sheeting, downspouts and drip edges. They built up our integral gutters and improved drainage so they wouldn't overflow during heavy rain. They also installed 2 sun tunnels which added much needed light to dark corners. I found them through my sister in laws dad who did a lot of research before hiring them to do his roof. I also need my roof done. Rebecca in the office is so amazing! She answers when you call or she calls right back. This is so important in this day and age. I don't see this very often anymore so I really appreciated it. They are so professional. They show up on time, and are so respectful. I would invite all of them to dinner. They have all the trucks, equipment and know how to perform any job. Besides all that, they just get right to work and work quickly and do little extra things that are not even in the bid. Like...they painted my vents all black to match my roof. It is so pretty! This is how a service-oriented company should be: fast, thorough, highly skilled and responsive to needs. From coming out and climbing on the roof for a fast turn-around estimate, to responding to my concerns and needs regarding the project, scheduling, implementing, cleaning up (in the neighbor's yard, too, where roof detritus fell) and sending out a detailed invoice and receipt on the same day the work was completed so I could pay and be done with everything - this company is pretty much PERFECT. From the time of the estimate to completed work was less than 3 weeks, and in winter weather - what?! They also kept me informed with before and after pics so I could actually see what was needed and what was actually done. They are worth every penny. Their work - cleaning, replacing skylights and roof hardware - gave me another 8 - 10 years before I have to replace the entire asphalt roof. I was fortunate enough to find Red Rock Roofing for a VERY difficult Roof replacement. Their quote and costs were VERY COMPETITIVE with 3 other vendors. After the difficult job of removing all of the skylights and rebuilding the skylight penetrations, replacing an existing 36 year old Monier Concrete Tile roof with a more modern and permanent standing seam metal roof was their specialty. Their work ethic, creativity, cleanliness, quality of workmanship was all simply outstanding. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. The total cost of the project was very reasonable and the difficult timeline they delivered my roofing solution to us made us very satisfied. We will NEVER have to touch this roof again. During heavy rains we woke up to water dripping through the can light in our master bath. I immediately went into the attic and found the leak coming from the bathroom fan vent on the roof. Fredi, the owner came by within an hour and stopped the leak (caused by a combination of using nails, not screws, to fasten the vent and the vent being plastic - not metal). The next day he came back by to replace the vent all together with a metal one. He also found and replaced another failed vent that wasn't leaking yet - but was only a matter of time, saving us another unwanted surprise and money. Not only was Fredi friendly and responsive, his pricing was really reasonable too (I paid nearly twice as much last time I needed a leak fixed during a storm from another local roofer, and they didnt even replace the problem vent). I will be calling Red Rock Roofing back this spring to have him replace the remaining plastic vents and to add some downspouts, and again in the next few years when it's time to replace the roof all together. I highly recommend Red Rock and will be using them going forward for any of my roofing needs. read more

Responsive, efficient, professional, skilled, friendly, fast, and organized. Those are a few of the words that I have for this team when we had about 4500 sf of roofing replaced by Red Rock Roofing. After several years of stressing over a problem roof, and who we should pick to replace our 30+ year shingled roof, we finally went with Red Rock. I think I knew we would from day one. My first impression was really positive when they first came out to survey the roof. All questions were answered and they offered creative solutions to some nagging roof problems I fought with for years...particularly in a large flat torch down section. The tear off and plywood replacement was superfast, and the shingle replacements went without a hitch. When it came to the flat roof section, rotten wood was removed and a slope was added to the roof for better flow to the scuppers. Everything was done mich better that I expected and the area was meticulously cleaned up each evening. I highly recommend this company for any roof work or side construction. read more
