Outstanding Service from Sound Cleaning!…read more We couldn't be more pleased with the incredible work provided by Fabio and his team at Sound Cleaning. From start to finish, they were friendly, highly customer-focused, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure every individual condo owner at Waterford Crossing was satisfied. In several instances, they went above and beyond--redoing tasks without hesitation and addressing even the most demanding requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Fabio personally took the time to listen and ensure expectations were exceeded, and I made it a point to thank him and his crew directly for their exceptional effort. The results speak for themselves--everything looks absolutely amazing. Many of our homeowners have echoed the same praise, asking us to express their appreciation as well. The upbeat, can-do spirit of the entire Sound Cleaning team truly sets them apart. This was, without question, the best service we've ever received--head and shoulders above the rest. We will gladly welcome Sound Cleaning back for our future pressure washing needs. Sincerely, The Waterford Crossing Condominiums HOA Board.

They first came and we agree on the money to clean my house, but then when the lady tell me the house is so dirty and needs to increase another hundred dollar. The house is already be cleaned by the tenant and I showed her and tell her no need to clean any toilet or bathtub, neither need to clean the fridge or dishwasher. She said so dirty is just she needs to open some draws to clean some hairs out of it. Anyway I want to clean it up so I gave the extra hundred but I asked her to clean the spot I care the most, which is the fan in the master bedroom ceiling. But she DID NOTHING at all. That fan is the only reason I hire for a company to clean for me, and she is just cleaning something else without even touching the fan. I end up needs to do all the work by myself and clean the ceiling fan all by myself. I asked to have part of my money back and the manager Eddie said no way to get it back. And he would not compensate me anything other than saying it is the policy to not refund, even they did not finish the job. This is a so bad experience and I will avoid using them in the future.

At the very beginning, I was a bit concerned about the review count of this business, but I decided…read moreto take a chance to get an estimate. To my surprise, Eddy responded to me very quickly and gave me a reasonable price. Furthermore, he walked me through a complete checklist of what they would do for a "deep clean". Considering the flat rate model plus how responsive Eddy was, I decided to go ahead with them. A few days later, Rossy arrives with her team and bring lots of professional tools, I do have something not in their list, so we did another in person walk through to discuss what I want to do. Eddy communicated with me in the phone again to discuss some of "my own items" might take too long to finish, some of them could be done for free plus some of them would require an "additional cost". Considering that "additional price" is also very reasonable, we went ahead with deep cleaning + "some of my own items". Rossy and her team followed not only their deep clean list perfectly but also completed all my additional requirements in a decent quality, I was also so impressed by her organizing skill when I saw the result. I feel so satisfied to see my fully cleaned house and hope I can keep it clean for a bit longer! Thank Eddy for the transparency during the communication. And thank Rossy and her team for their hard work to make my home like a staging house. Will definitely schedule another one with them a few months later!

In the case of Red Hawk Construction, this is my 3rd time using them and have had personal attention from the owner Dan Mendes. They are not only friendly, but so efficient that the cost can be kept down just by their great work ethic of being on time and working hard. I was immediately struck by his amiable, positive energy and thoughtful attention to detail. My sizable backyard was long overdue for a makeover. An ugly chain link fence bordered my property on the street side, the yard had been left pretty much unattended by the previous owner to the point that it had become overrun by a tangled jungle of out of control shrubbery, weeds, and bluebells. Not to mention the old and cracked concrete patio that was in need of replacing. From the outset, I came away super impressed by Adam's thoroughness, communication skills, and professionalism. It's clear that he's got a perfectionist's eye--which I've learned is what you absolutely want from a contractor. His estimate was itemized and detailed, giving me a clear and accurate description of the scope of the work to be done. He never tried to upsell me on expanding the scope of the work unnecessarily and even went so far as to talk me out of unnecessary expenses, always mindful of what my yard needed or didn't need. When it came time to start the project in earnest a year later (yes, I was willing to wait and you should, too!), Adam and his terrific team showed up always on time and never left the site messier than they had found it, efficiently and incredibly transforming my backyard blank canvas into a hangout space and garden I can finally enjoy.
