The company did Move-In Deep House Cleaning for my rambler house in Bellevue in August this year. Although it was so hard to find their availability as they were busy, I had their service in time before my tenant moved in. I loved their service and was so satisfied. I would definitely use this company for future move-in cleanings. read more

Irina did an EXCELLENT job deep cleaning our rental home before we moved in. Not only was it a large house (larger than 3,800 sq fr), it had not been lived in for months - it was very dusty and not well maintained previously. She sanitized the entire house (knob, lights, drawers), scrubbed every surface and gave me peace of mind knowing that we were moving in to a sparkling clean home! I highly recommend Irina and Magik House Cleaning! read more

They do an amazing job with home cleaning and response is always quick. They literally clean every corner of the unit where you dont even notice that debris and build ups exist. They also check mold for you when cleaning bathrooms. Overall, always a pleasant experience and I highly recommend it. read more

Magik House Cleaning did a great job with our house. Responses were timely and scheduling was easy. They were able to schedule us within a week. Cleaning was finished in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. Everything was clean, including every shelf in the kitchen, all surfaces, blinds and windows. I would recommend their service and will use them in the future. read more

I hired a cleaner to do a move-in cleaning special a few days before living in the apartment. The communication on yelp was instant and friendly. The lady that was assigned to do the work was very nice and spent six hours or so. The apartment is relatively clean but wanted a deeper clean because it was an older unit. I was unable to fully inspect her work until I moved in and saw some issues. As I was putting things away in my kitchen, I was disappointed at the amount of dust and grime still in the cupboards and drawers. I had to clean it again myself. She did do a great job in the bathroom. But my biggest issue was that she didn't clean the windows where it naturally develops that black grime/ mold. Anyway, lesson learned... always inspect the work after and ask specific things to be cleaned. Still, I thought that it was a given to clean the windows. read more

I've been sick for two months. My apartment looked disgusting and because of my illness it also looks like a mini emergency room. With desperation pouring out of me I searched yelp. I read through tons of reviews and everything was so mixed. I didn't want to hire someone who "might" do a good job. I read all of Irina and Alex's reviews and contacted her immediately. She replied super fast and gave me a quote and scheduled something all through the yelp app (yaaasss!) They arrived today and did a beautiful job. I'm serious. It looks amazing. They did not miss anything. In 2 1/2 hours they cleaned so thoroughly I could hardly believe it. I am so relaxed now and can continue healing. I will be a regular customer for sure. Thank you guys so much for taking something so stressful off my shoulders. read more

This was the first time I hired a professional cleaning service for my house. Irina did such an awesome job with the deep cleaning, I plan on using her for future cleanings. She not only did a thorough job cleaning my entire house but she also organized my bathrooms, office, and kitchen. I definitely recommend Magik House Cleaning services. read more

Irina did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Magik House Cleaning for anyone looking for move-in/move-out cleaning.

I've been using Magik Housecleaning for about 4-5 months now and have had all great experiences! Irina provides an excellent cleaning service at a fair price. What's great is that she always asks feedback and likes to know ahead of time which areas of my place need a little extra attention. She's also great with my dog, who always looks forward to visits from Irina now. :) read more

I have lived in my home for 7 years and have worked with many house keeping services. It would start out well and seemingly not work out as the cleaning quality would decline. I almost gave up but a coworker insisted that we try Magik House Cleaning services. We are ever so glad to have met the owners (Irina and Alex) who are professional, customer service focused, and reasonably priced. After a trial agreement and and deep cleaning day - we decided on a schedule and time that works (moving the date and time around before was not ideal for us). They bring everything they need and you can tell that they cleaned (my last experience - hard to tell if anything was done but it smelled heavily of bleach). I highly highly recommend their services for regular or one time cleaning needs. read more

Responsive on communication. Thorough on cleaning. Priced well. We had never had cleaners before but with some life changes coming up we needed some extra help around the house. Irina's team cleaned all the rooms thoroughly and efficiently. read more

Magik House is AMAZING! Irina answered my quote request within 24hours, her crew showed up right on time and did an amazing job. My walls were cleaned, my toilets and stove top, baseboards, mirrors, they did it all and it was so wonderful! I will continue to use them and am planning to also hire them to clean my photography studio. SO FANTASTIC! read more

After having to reschedule a few times, we finally got Irina to come out and do a cleaning. The areas she cleaned, were absolutely spotless. The areas she missed, not so much. She let us know that she would be back if there were any areas that were missed. After inspecting the home we noticed areas that were not cleaned and reached out to her, to which she said she would get us on the schedule for. Great! Except she never scheduled us and it has now been 2 months since the original date of cleaning. read more

I contacted Irina to do a move out clean on 07.31. When I used her a year ago for a move out clean she did an amazing job. I was expecting Irina to show up but it was a different lady named Shaunna (unsure of spelling) which was upsetting because I called to have Irina come back. The lady had a short attitude from the moment she arrived. She was supposed to clean the bathroom, blinds, windows and the full kitchen including the stove. After 3 1/2 she told me she was done. I checked the oven and it still had burnt food in it stuck in the bottom and she said that she did the best she could which was BS. She did clean the bottom oven drawer either and she said oh I forgot. She didn't clean any of the counters. I called Irina and told her that first off I expected for her to do the clean because I was familiar with her work and Shaunna did an awful job. Irina offered to come back the following morning to correctly do the clean or take an hour of cleaning off. The new tenants were moving in the following day so the cleaning needed to be completed that day. So I paid $112 for a half ass cleaning job. After she left I looked at everything in more detail. She did not clean the refrigerator or freezer see the photos. She did not clean the floor either. I requested that Irina send me a receipt which she did not send AND I texted her and let her know all of the things that were not completed and she did not respond. I took a normal cleaning sponge and used the scrubbed and was able to get the oven clean. I had to clean my floors, counters, oven and refrigerator after paying for the clean. I will never use this cleaning company again. read more

They did a fabulous first time deep clean. We had some pretty difficult cleaning issues from a remodel, and they cleaned thoroughly.

Dependable and professional. I was able to schedule my appointment all through yelp and the apartment has never looked cleaner. They also are very accommodating to last minute schedule changes which is almost unheard of when things come up. Not only will I use them again, but I have already set up a reoccurring cleaning. read more

Irina and her team did a great job cleaning my new house! She paid attention to every details that I mentioned, even the vent and blinds are clean after their work. The only imperfection is that they seem to forget cleaning the oven and microwave in the kitchen. I'm satisfied with everything except for that. And then they offered to fix that with no extra charge. I'm really impressed by their attitude towards their work. read more

I cannot recommend Irina enough. She does a FANTASTIC job, and is affordable and reliable. I am always happy the day she comes because my house is back in order! I needed a home cleaned on short notice to prepare for an open house, and was relieved they got me an appointment the day I needed it. The customer service/communication was prompt and attentive, the services reasonably priced, the work was on time, thorough, and they did exactly what they promised. They accepted Paypal, so I didn't even have to be present to pay them in person. Was very satisfied! read more

This review is long overdue! The first clean was a "deep clean" and they really scrubbed every inch of my house. Since then, I've had regular cleanings every other week for a few months. Alek is typically the person who comes and he is prompt, detail oriented and always makes sure I am satisfied before he leaves. In addition, Irina has been very responsive and is flexible with my schedule as it often changes. I am very particular in who comes into my home. In fact, I tried 4 different companies before finding Magik. I highly recommend Magik House Cleaning to my friends and family. Hire them and you won't be disappointed :) read more

We are now having Irina and her team come for monthly cleanings as they do such a fantastic job! I'm super happy with my choice to use Irina for a move in/move out cleaning of our rental property. Irina's response to my initial quote request was fast, and her responses to questions were also very quick. Upon arriving at the house, we did a walk through and discussed what would be completed in each room. Upon completion, we did another walk through and inspection - she did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.
