In this location you can't buy a ticket so if you don't have one you may not be able to ride. I had a paper ticket but not enough credit for the ride. The driver was very nice and allowed me to board anyway. Later on my trip I bought what is called a CharlieCard that allows you inlayed trips in a 24 hour period for $11 bucks. I rode to Copley Square and then Government Center and back to Longwood Medical. It was easy, on time, clean and quick. It seemed very safe and all the stations were clean and seemed safe. My only down grade of one star is that they don't tell you that in some locations you can ride for free. I like free but has I known, I would not have purchased the CharlieCard. Also, the stations themselves are not well marked. Fortunately I everyone I met and asked for help was very nice and gave me great direcitons. The other downgrade is that if there are alot of people standing, you may not see the 'next stop' info on the scrolling sign. Also, many of the stops did not have the name of the stop on the wall so you could confirm your location. Overall I thought it was a very good and affordable option for getting around a very big city.

Brigham Circle is a street-level station for Boston's Green Line, specifically the E branch…read more(Heath). As with most other street-level stations in the urban areas of the Green Line, there are no announcements (audible or visual) of the next approaching train and there is minimal cover from the elements. They have installed a decent barrier between the waiting area and the busy traffic on Huntington Avenue. If you are disembarking here, you will need to press the "stop request" button on board the train. If you are boarding, you will need to do so at the door to the front of the train so that you can provide payment by Charlie Card or Charlie Ticket. I think that you can also use cash. The station does have a portable wheelchair lift for access to the higher platform train cars. Brigham Circle is on the E branch of the Green Line between Fenwood Road (outbound) and Longwood (inbound).

It does have some glass-enclosed areas for waiting, benches, a small building that has the automated ticket kiosks and audible/visual announcements of the next train. That makes it "A-OK." The station is quite well lit at night and there a small number of parking spaces. As with other stations on the Green Line, you will need to board the train at the driver's door so that you can provide payment. The train does not automatically stop at all stations so if you are planning to disembark here then press the "stop request" button. For boarding, the driver will need to see you in order to stop. Brookline Hills station is between Beaconsfield (outbound) and Brookline Village (inbound).

I've been taken for a ride twice now by these guys, so time for a grumpy review. First time,…read morehopped into a Town Taxi cab at Coolidge Corner, heading for the airport at ~5:30 am. The driver starts taking a somewhat odd route, but hey, sometimes they know weird tricks that avoid snarls, right? Turns out, he gets completely lost and has no idea how to get back on track to hit the tunnel, so we end up driving around a bit randomly downtown until he recognizes where he is. After racking up quite a bit more fare, we finally get back on track and he gets me to the airport- luckily, I had budgeted but extra time, but sheesh. What a ripoff. Second time, I grab one at the brookline Marriott heading to the back bay station. Again, slightly circuitous route, but it turns out to be fairly efficient. This time, though, when I ask for some change for my $20, the driver makes a half-hearted show of flipping through a few twenties and fifties to show that he has no change, and shrugs unapologetically. Since they don't take credit cards, I'm stiffed the change. Of course, neither of these necessarily had anything to do with the outfit as a whole, but given that I've never had these problems with other companies in town, I'm gonna be avoiding these guys from now on.

When I called to let iBoston Limo know of my changed itinerary, they were already tracking my inbound flight; I didn't have to worry about them. The driver met me with my name on a sign - and when you're exhausted, this is important. He was friendly, efficient, and got me safely to my destination. His Escalade was clean and comfortable. There were no pickup instructions, driver information, or contact information included. By the time I arrived at the airport, I still had not received any communication from the company, so I had to Google IBoston Limo myself just to find a phone number. I called twice and spent about 20 minutes wandering around the airport trying to figure out where I was supposed to meet my driver. When I finally reached someone, instead of helping resolve the situation, he immediately became argumentative and yelled at me, insisting that he had texted me. I explained that I had not received any text and had been checking my phone constantly, including while I was on the plane. He continued to argue with me, hung up, and then sent me a screenshot showing that he had supposedly texted me. Whether there was a technical issue with the text or something else went wrong, arguing with a customer who is stranded at an airport and cannot find their driver is an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. A simple apology and clear instructions on where to meet the driver would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, the interaction made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Once I finally found my driver, he was lovely, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, everything leading up to that point, from the lack of pickup information and communication to the way I was treated when I called for help, was unacceptable. I will not be using IBoston Limo again.

While it was during the day and we were partying our way down to the beach, it's always a good time on the Bustonian - party bus! Chris - our driver - is superb. He makes sure the whole bus is clean upon arrival and even does another wipe down while waiting for the party-goers to arrive. They have several buses and might I suggest that you try each one out. I really dig the leather seats and the pole. Music blaring down the street, you can't miss the bus. Be sure to say hi to the passer-by-ers out the window and the tourists on the trolleys & duck boats.
