Attention to detail at a great price…read more I've used Suki's for years for average hemming. Good work at a good price. Last year I found them to be something more. I took in a pair of Kevlar lined motorcycle jeans to be hemmed. (style meets safe cheeks) The pants had a protective / decorative leather piece on the bottom back of the cuffs. It would have to be removed to hem the pants. I told her I didn't care if she put it back on or not, no need to do any extra work. When I picked up the jeans they were hemmed to a perfect fit and she had added the leather piece back and it looked great. She told me, "I was working on them and I thought it looked nice so I put it back on the pants for you, no extra charge" Courteous quick quality every time.

I dropped off a pair of pants at the Bellevue location on 7-27-26. I stated on the service request…read morethat I wanted the seam in the crotch repaired because it was coming undone. I was notified that it was ready for pickup on 7-29-26. I then picked it up and paid on 7-30-26. When I got home I found that the seam had not been repaired. When I contacted the company I spoke with a female. She informed me that the does not do alterations or repairs. She tried to make it sound like it was my mistake. I then rechecked the website (and took a screenshot) and it does say that the company offers "alterations and repairs" as services. When I told her about this, the female on the phone just said that she would contact her boss to have that removed from the website. She then acted like I should just eat the loss of money. I was charged for a service that the website says they perform, but they apparently don't actually do. This may be just a mistake (but not by me), but this looks like false advertising. When I told the female that I expected a refund, she was apparently surprised. She then said that she would talk to her boss and "try" to get someone to call me back. Potential customers should not take them at their word for what services they offer going by what they have on their website. I will not be using them again.

The changing rooms have nice mirrors, but the curtains don't close particularly well. This doesn't bother me, I am not particularly shy. I bought the dress on sale for $15, it is a mini dress made of a cotton blend (maybe?) and a lining. It was all tailored perfectly for me for $43! That's a great deal in my book! Suki and her dog, who remains securely behind a little pet gate, were lovely and very polite. Upon picking up, I asked if I could take the hanger my dress was on, and lamented how I need to purchase more hangers for my closet. She then produced a whole pile of hangers and invited me to take them! I was going to decline, fearing they would be wire hangers, but they were all very sturdy plastic! I am so grateful for her generosity!
