These are things to know! You just get your tickets at the box office. No QR codes. We arrived at 1115 to dine which everyone was getting seated which goes relatively quick. For a party of two, it's super easy. I think if you have larger groups, I'd consider calling in advance or showing up early to accommodate that. For someone who doesn't like to wait around, you could probably even show up later than 1115. Probably 1130 to dine for 45 minutes. Mind you, we had the buffet so it's not like we waited for our plated meals. That being said, they have a limited selection when you choose your seat. The food is mid. I'd rate it equivalent to attending a wedding. Don't expect anything spectacular. It's worth the experience once. We did the brunch and they have a wide array. It's like eating at a brunch buffet at a hotel. If you love Knick knacks, the gift shops are plenty full of them. We browse after just to kill time. Lots to look at. We've only sat on the top and we prefer it. Better vantage, not so many lights in your eyes, less people to be around. I'd aim for the middle sections of the seats on the balcony. We were both pleasantly surprised to have a crispy, Milwaukee-style crust on our veggie pizza with real flavor and high quality. They also got it to us before the movie started. Bonus! Service was friendly, and I liked the team. The popcorn was extra tasty - fresh and remarkably chemical free. My friend and I enjoyed it more than most places. The loveseats and sofas for seating were great for us, or for families and couples, but perhaps awkward if you had to sit next to a stranger on a more fully sold-out show. They have tiny tables you can use for your food and drinks, very convenient, especially since you can move them close to you. We then were checked in and given tickets for our food choices. Speaking of pork, the food overall was just okay. My apple pork was pretty good but I didn't care for the green beans. The salad was pretty good, as were the rolls. The cheesecake dessert was pretty pedestrian, likely Sara Lee or the like. After you were seated, the "host," Sue came in to lay the ground rules. I think much of my dissatisfaction stemmed from her and the two police office actors who were just a bit over the top for my tastes. Sue did not have the qualities of a good host, in my opinion. There was also a lot of reading for clues, which turned me off. We weren't provided the wifi at the beginning & we had to download all these articles to read as detectives. I wanted it to be more interactive, entertaining, and exciting, but it just wasn't. The chicken was rubbery & the food was just ok. My vegetarian friend had the pasta, which was very delicious. The service was professional & prompt. I won't spoil the outcome, but I was not really stumped! For $77 a ticket, per person, plus $25 to park per car, I was expecting so much more.

Our huge thanks to Yelp, our Community Manager Kesha, and the Marriott Theatre for this wonderful opportunity. My husband, who is also a fellow Yelp Elite, was my plus-one. We were deeply touched by this powerful yet entertaining musical. "Come from Away" is based on the true story of what happened after the U.S. airspace was closed on September 11, 2001, following the attacks. 38 planes carrying thousands of passengers from around the world were diverted to the small town of Gander, Newfoundland. For 5 days, this close-knit community generously welcomed the stranded passengers with open arms, providing shelter, food, clothing, an open bar, and most importantly, compassion and kindness. We watched "Come from Away" on the evening of September 12, just after the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The timing made the experience especially poignant. I had goosebumps throughout this 100-minute production, brought to life by the incredibly talented cast of the Marriott Theatre. The heartbreaking moments were skillfully interwoven with laugh-out-loud humor, creating an emotional roller coaster that never felt heavy-handed. This award-winning musical beautifully celebrates the triumph of humanity and reminds us that, despite our differences, we are all part of a global family. By the end, what stayed with me was a profound sense of love, resilience, friendship, romance, and gratitude. The Marriott Theatre's theatre-in-the-round setup is perfect for this production that there truly are no bad seats! The rotating stage creates an immersive atmosphere that brings the story to life and makes the audience feel completely connected to the action. It had a little bit of everything including romance, humor, scandal, suspense, and plenty of unexpected plot twists. At times, it was a bit challenging to keep up with all of the intertwining storylines and relationships, but once everything started coming together, it made for a fun and entertaining experience. Even if you're not familiar with A Little Night Music, the witty humor, romance, and tangled relationships keep the story engaging from start to finish. The cast did an incredible job balancing comedy and emotion, delivering plenty of laugh out loud moments alongside heartfelt scenes. As always, Marriott Theatre made for a wonderful night out. Parking is free, the venue is comfortable, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and organized. If you're looking for a great date night or simply love live theater, this production is absolutely worth the trip to Lincolnshire. A special shoutout to Kesha, our Community Manager, and the incredible Marriott Theatre staff. My husband recently fractured his foot and is currently using a knee scooter. They graciously accommodated us with an aisle seat at the last minute, and the staff went above and beyond by helping transport his scooter to and from our seats. If you've seen a Mentalist show in Vegas or elsewhere, the show will seem very familiar to you; we attended such a show last year and there were similar elements but some new things that ensured our attention didn't wane. The evening started with dinner upstairs at The Social. The prix-fixe menu had some good choices and service was attentive, though seating was a bit of a cluster, taking nearly 30 minutes to be seated. I suspect this was to stagger meal prep but could have been handled better. I would recommend having patrons select a 545, 6, or 615 seating to help space things out a bit. I will cover the food in more detail in a review of The Social. After dinner, you head down to the Beman room in the lower level of the hotel. There are plenty of signs and Luka, the entertainer stopped by during dinner and provided reminder instructions as well. Gibbons, the jovial assistant to Luka, checks you in at the door and gives you brief instructions, which is mostly to have fun. Aye aye, captain! The content is borderline risque so take that into consideration if you shy away from R-rated comedies or have prudish tendencies. There is a fair amount of audience participation as well, yet the group is quite small overall and if you do get selected, your embarrassment level is fairly minor. The show has an intermission, which mostly seems like a way to ply you with more alcohol, but we didn't mind it. The first "illusion" involving playing cards is definitely the best, but were came away fully impressed with the entire operation. Really the only reason I can't go five stars is that the design of the room is not ideal to easily see what's going on up "on stage." The person in front of me had just a massive, massive head and I was leaning to the left and/or right for most of the show to be able to see what was going on. Get there early and get seats closer to the front so you don't miss anything.
