After buffing her finger nails and toe nails, they looked rough on the surface with some slight shine. Definitely not the smooth and shiny surface you get from Ladies Nails in Lakewood. (Lesson learned)... I tried explaining to the nail tech and showing her that her nails were literally scratched and they tried to buff them again and just said that it takes time for the oils, or something like that. Which I've never heard of...I really tried liking this place as it was closer to my work. But never again. So disappointed

You can clearly see how she was burning my finger tips under the UV light after I told her several times that it was hurting me. You can clearly see how unkind she was. And when I asked her to even out the nails, she still didn't do it. If you think this is great work, then I don't know that to tell you. But everything I shared is straight facts, 100% no lies.
