As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. She was chomping at the bit to pull out all her facts that she had someone come out here already bc that's what was scheduled, I explained no I didn't schedule that, they showed up unannounced, only did outside and left. She was ready to fight telling me it was my fault etc, then I lost my temper. It's been over 10 years building and I am having a day. Even when I blew up I STILL didn't put it on her I go "I AM HAVING AN EFFING DAY, I've got BOTH KIDS HOME SICK, work is blowing up, can you LAY OFF". THEN SHE DECIDES to pull the whole ma'am do not use profanity with me. LADY, WE HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY YOU FOR YEARS. I HAVE BEEN NICE FOR YEARS and turned the other cheek!
