We were seated quickly despite being super busy and not having a reservation. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and bolognese. Both were delicious. From the moment we walked in, it felt like an authentic Italian experience. The restaurant was decorated with Sardinian flags and photos, giving it a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our server was fantastic. There was a slight language barrier, but it wasn't a problem at all we worked through it together, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. The highlight of the evening was the salt-crusted branzino, which I later learned is one of the restaurant's signature specialties. Before cooking it, they brought the whole fish to our table so we could see exactly what we were getting. It looked incredibly fresh, like it had just come out of the sea. They then covered it in sea salt, baked it, and brought it back to our table. What made the experience even more memorable was the tableside service. A staff member expertly deboned the entire fish right in front of us, leaving nothing but perfectly flaky, tender pieces ready to enjoy. It was one of the most impressive dining experiences I've ever had. The fish was simply prepared with olive oil and a little sea salt, proving that fresh, high-quality ingredients don't need a lot of seasoning.
