He was even kind enough to treat us to a Crispy Chicken Poblano salad on the house, which was so good. We also tried the Honey Adobo Chicken Market Plate and the Peruvian Chicken Market Plate, both of which he recommended. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented in ceramic bowls. You can really taste the difference with the daily freshly chopped veggies and house-made sauces. We also got to meet Apo's older sister, Alejandra, who manages the location. She was so sweet, personable, and welcoming, and she surprised us with a Pineapple Paradise smoothie to try as well. We also had the strawberry lemonade, which was perfectly refreshing and tasted so fresh, not too sweet and not too tart. Such a nice balance! And I have to mention the bamboo straws because that was a first for me. I loved that they are eco-friendly AND reusable. I washed mine and am bringing it home with me! This is not our first visit. Today we had fish and chips and fried clam strips meals and we also picked up a couple of dozen blue claw crab to take home and cook for a party. This place is the best of the best. It may be a little far, but it is really good about 25 minutes from the beach.

Instead of the normal BBQ or Buffalo we chose the Whiskey coating and it was quite good. Overall look of the place is still pleasant and I want to come back for lunch someday.
