Are you order my subs and my breakfast sandwiches here frequently, so today I ordered a double leg and cheese sandwich along with a ham, turkey provolone with bacon sub. Unfortunately, when I went to eat the sub, it was very dry. There was no bacon on it and the roll was on the hard side I was disappointed so I called the store. I spoke to Brandon and his response was he sorry! He was sorry and I was very shocked. We love Sub Doctors. The guys in the shop are always kind. They have great lunch specials which we definitely made use of during quarantine. Their plain cheesesteak is delicious. We brought one with us to the brewery for a group event and everyone raved over it. We've had a few issues in the past in terms of calling orders in and them messing things up i.e. ordering a plain cheesesteak and being given a cheesesteak with onions or just plain steak no cheese.
