Big Bird Tree answered our call and promptly had someone out to assess the damage and a team ready to remove the tree within 2 hours. They were upfront on the cost which was incredibly fairly priced. As the team arrived, another storm started to roll in but this company worked as much as possible through the rain to remove the most potentially destructive branch over the house before it started to lightening. The team arrived promptly at 7 am and were finished by 1 pm. Watching them gently and efficiently remove the canopy was truly amazing to see! They worked great as a team and were very skilled. The team chipped all of the smaller branches and leaves from the canopy and neatly stacked the trunk of the tree out front for the city to pick up.
