Their prices are very reasonable, and after accepting the quote, being informed they would start early the next week. Instead, Thursday evening they asked if they could start Friday morning. Tony Escalante and his crew arrived at 8:00 am Friday morning. Every person was very polite and they all had a professional look, a shirt tucked into jeans. They worked steadily until the project was completed at 2:00 pm. The clean up was so thorough that you could not tell that any limbs had been removed. Not only did they climb up on my roof with 0 attempt to contact me or ask permission, (I've been sitting in my office all day) they also dropped a large branch on my roof which caused some damage. I have to assume that they didn't intend to drop that 20 foot-long branch on my roof, but the bare minimum courtesy I'd expect is that they'd let me know my front and back yard would be covered in branches, and to request permission to access both. Absolutely absurd. Property damage, trespassing, no fall protection, and only 1 guy had any kind of PPE.
