Prompt free estimate visit. Lewis Hernandez listened carefully and took video and pictures of my…read more65ft old red oak tree which had to be cut down. A crew of 10 with 3 trucks, chipper, 2 fork lifts, equipment and a flat bed trailer came to complete the job and clean up. All limbs were removed carefully using ropes to bring them down. My artificial turf was protected as plywood sheets were used when the fork lifts retrieved downed limbs. My debris filled up two trucks. Hernandez Tree Experts cleaned up using blowers and left my front yard spotless. The job was completed in just over 3 hours. Cost was four-figures but was less than competitive estimates. I was so relieved that my unstable oak tree is no longer a risk. I will miss the shade but not the constant maintenance costs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tree Experts. They work all over the DFW metroplex.

I recently received an email from them, offering a 15% discount on tree service. I scheduled a quote for lat Friday, the 28th. Joe arrived, assessed the required work, and presented a quote that was almost $200 more than the previous work performed 10 months ago for virtually the same thing! I asked about a 1st responder discount and he said he'll waive the tax. There was no mention or consideration of the 15% discount. He also stated that they should've charged more for the previous work. In my opinion, this is nothing more than the old bait and switch con. They don't stand behind their word. I cannot continue to recommend Green Pine Tree Service.

I originally noticed their advertisement on my door, and when I called, a representative arrived within about 90 minutes. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided a fair, reasonable quote. I would definitely recommend this company for their fair pricing, skilled team, and the care they put into their work.

So I called Jim Chase from White Rock and asked for a rush service. They did a fantastic job. I've reviewed these guys before, and it's good to find out that they've kept up their good work. They sent a super courteous crew. They knocked down the tree, chopped it up and hauled it away in less than 2 hours. Four days go by and then late on Saturday night I get a call from them and it goes into into my voice mail. A man named Harold leaves a long rambling message that goes on for one minute and 8 seconds and he sounds intoxicated. He is slurring his words and saying weird things like "he was wondering if I was ok" and that "they return calls in the order they receive them" and other strange remarks. At the same time I started getting text messages of photos of his tree service company logo and other pictures of guys cutting trees down, etc. I received a total of five text photos which really used up my cell data. So I call this guy to tell him that I have already hired someone to cut my trees and not to call me again. When he answers he sounds intoxicated again. I told him the that he waited four days to return my call, was sending unsolicited large file photo text messages, and that he left me a long rambling voice mail. He is slurring his words so I gave him a piece of my mind and not to ever call me again. Would advise anyone from using this unprofessional company that waits four days to return a call then calls late Saturday night sounding intoxicated.
