Wade was my salesman and I don't think I would buy from him again. The finance guy is a crook ,talked me into a extended warranty for 4600.00 with tru warranty. Never used the warranty and still has a factory warranty and has a 1200 dollar penalty. When I brought this to wades attention he said they came highly recommended. Dropped off my wife's truck today for an oil change, Ronnie asked if I wanted a tire rotation too, I said "might as well, they are due for it". My wife picked up the truck an hr later. when she got in it and started to drive away she heard a loud noise and never left the lot. She saw the exhaust pipe hanging down and rubbing the driver's side rear tire. She went inside then had the tech take a look. Without being told which exhaust pipe, he went right to where the issue was and said "it was like that and since we didn't do it we won't fix it". The girl at the service desk gave my wife an attitude. The girl said "we didn't touch your car". My wife said "yeah you did you rotated the tires". Then my wife was told, "it was like that when it was brought in, you can bring it back in the morning and have a diagnostics done on it". When My wife tried to say anything the girl would talk over her and talk down to her. The truck was perfectly fine with no issues or sounds & the exhaust pipe was not dangling down when Ronnie got the info from it. The tech raised the truck to do the tire rotations & would have noticed it then if it was brought in like that. On the paperwork he notated exhaust rattle. The exhaust pipe was resting on the top of the tire, the tech would have had to lift the pipe up in order to swap out the drivers side rear tire. It takes 2 minutes to tighten the ring clamp while it was on the lift. I think he bumped it off when switching the tires then tried to claim it was like that already. It took me 3 minutes to tighten it without a lift. The girl and the tech Zach Davis ignored my wife and talked down to her. Maybe it is because she is Filipina, As a Nurse my wife depends on her truck every day. She needed assistance on an issue that was caused by the tech. The girl who spoke with my wife treated her very poorly then closed up & locked the doors. We have trusted the service there and bought all of our vehicles from there since 1990. Hands down the best dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle from!!! I have been searching for a truck for almost a year I wanted a certain truck certain colour and they had it. I am in Long Beach California only made it so easy to purchase out of state. Me my wife flew into Las Vegas in they were so nice enough to meet us at the airport with the truck. Everything the customer service the transporters There so nice no matter what time the answer your call. Today in the mail I received a paint pin. Where to start other than shady dealership. Made a deal yesterday on a 2021 Grand Cherokee and was getting ready to make the 5 hour trip to suddenly get a text from Devon and he was sorry but the unit sold. I get a call first thing this morning to be told hey the deal fell through last night with the other buyer and if I wanted it the Jeep was mine. I had Devon send me the paperwork and told him all was good and I was on my way. 2 hours into the drive Devon calls me and says oh man the Jeep is sold again sorry about that. I was beyond pissed and then some guy who claimed to be the General Manager "Rodney?" Answered my call and said well I have to many salesman and they don't know when stuff sales so it is what it is, but if I wanted he would sale me another Jeep for $500 over invoice so I told him to send me the offer as I was already halfway there. 30 minutes later a salesman called me named Sheldon and said everyone was busy and he would take over the deal...I asked if he was a manager and he said he was a salesman. He then sent me the "awesome" deal which was higher than their regular online price. Do not travel to this dealership as they have shown their true colors. Below pics are of the other Jeep they were gonna get to me at $500 over invoice...as you can see they raised their price from their online price....so much for trying to correct their screw up. If the owner calls me I would be surprised as I will ensure all my Jeep friends and fellow Disabled Veterans know not to go here and to shop at other dealerships. read more

March 15, 2024 been looking for a second car for a period of 6 weeks. Just a form of transportation if my other car went down. Wanted a manual trans, but impossible to find in this day and age. Made a visit to Martin Swanty on Rte. 66 and talked to Chuck Moti about my plan to purchase a second car. I got a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and could not be more please. Took less than one hour to do the paperwork. Then a few more hours to detail the Jeep. This is my second purchase at the Martin S dealership. They are a no pressure sales office. During the six week search for the second car, I visited many car lots in Kingman, and was told this is what I needed to buy. Pressure to the point of being annoyed. Disrespected as an individual. My wife and I got a letter in the mail to help refinance a 2014 Dodge journey we got last year Through Ron (Awesome rep btw) when we came in he was super busy so he referred us to Chuck Mote who somehow managed to get us a 2017 in exchange for ours with almost the same payments per month! the small increase in payments was worth it since the new stuff comes with bumper to bumper coverage for a few years and we always seem to visit their service center as our older vehicles have issues. Overall chuck took care of us pretty well, my 2 year old daughter somehow had fun inside of a car dealership and my wife and I had a pleasant experience being able to get a new "toy" we plan on paying off sooner than later or trading up in the future. As always, i plan on returning here again as long as the customer service is at the same level that it was the last 2 times i've stepped foot in here. Highly highly recommended. A+ read more

I dropped my Jeep off at this location per request of my warranty for service. It was dropped off on 8/23/17 and picked up on 8/30/17. I had a fuel filler tube, hose clamps, power steering cooler a power steering system flush and a new fuel cap for the vehicle and a 17 point inspection according to my printout. On September 9th I had to call a tow truck due to wobbling and an unidentified noise coming from my car while operating the vehicle. When the tow truck driver arrived at 3 a.m. it was found the all my lug nuts on my rear driver side Tire were all loose and one of the lug nut bolts was missing and the tire was not secure. I was advised to contact the dealership by the tow truck driver due to the car having just been serviced 9 days prior to this event. I did call and spoke to Jim Smith who advised me they were not taking any responsibility for the vehicle as they did nothing with the tires. When asked how it was coincidental that all of my lug nuts were loose and a bolt missing, mr. Smith had no response other than to continue to say they did nothing with my tires while the car was in their facility and they were not taking any responsibility for any repairs. While I did not do my due diligence in inspecting the vehicle after retrieving it from the repairs, as I assumed they use the licensed and certified mechanics to repair my vehicle, I would advise if you have to take your vehicle to this facility for any kind of service or repairs; that you inspect it thoroughly upon it being returned to you because they will deny responsibility for any negligence resulting in more expense to you, and in my case- possibly a serious accident. My vehicle was in their facility for over a week. I have no proof of what was or was not done to this vehicle during that time. All I have to verify services rendered to my vehicle is a printout that was given to me at the time I picked it up, but I do know 10 days after my vehicle was picked up from this facility 4 lug nuts we're loose on my driver side rear tire, which coincidentally is right below my fuel tank, and one of the bolts that holds the lug nuts is now missing. It seems odd to me that if this lug nut was missing at the time the car was being serviced that it was never brought to my attention.......beware and find alternative servicing facilities if at all possible. If you are forced to use this location as I was, thoroughly inspect your vehicle prior to pulling off of their lot because once you do they will not take responsibility for anything that is wrong with the vehicle regardless of the occurrence. read more

My wife is looking for a Grand Cherokee and spotted one on line at Swanty, so we made a call to verify if it was still available, and it was. The salesman, I spoke to goes by "Bacon" and we let him know we would make the drive from Lake Havasu City to Kingman, it's not right around the corner. The car was advertised with a little over 9k miles; nice! They apparently have had the car for a couple of months, and dropped the price once. So when we arrive, after three phone conversations with Bacon, he greets us and says, "Well, here she is but the mileage is 14k, not 9k and the owner (of the dealership) Martin said he will not negotiate on the price; not nice!!! One would have thought Bacon, in just one of our 3 phone conversations could have shared that crucial mileage issue. Five thousand more miles than originally told and advertised is not that hard to overlook. So we walked, half way home we get a phone call saying they, "Want to earn our business." We drive back, they drop the price by $500 but then want to charge $399 for preparing the registration paperwork, on top of the customary registration. They assure me that $399 is low by all standards, we were paying cash by the way. So I text my son-in-law, who is a manager at a large dealership, he tells me their doc fee is never over $80.00. So basically, they gave us something, and take it away with another charge. Overall, we should have never driven back after the mileage debacle which was so unprofessional all the way around. read more

I live in Southern California and I saw a 2007 Dodge 2500 mega cab diesel for sale. I made a deal to trade my 2010 Camaro with less than 7,000 miles for it. I told them I was looking for a really clean truck and they reassured me it was. I went to my credit union and had them cut me a check for the truck. I took off of work and left my house at 5 am. I got to the dealership and I was greeted by friendly people. I was taken to the truck and I noticed the wheels and tires that were advertised in the pictures were not on the truck. I took it for a test drive anyway and I could feel the truck pulling hard to the right. I got on the freeway and it pulled from the left side of the freeway to the right. I went to adjust my seat and I noticed the power seat wasn't working. I drove the truck back to the dealership and conducted a thorough search of the truck. To my surprise I noticed a slice into the driver seat which appeared someone cut into it to repair the seat. The frame of the seat was rusted, it appeared it was sitting out in the rain and then put back into the truck. There were some other minor issues with the truck as well. I expressed my concern and the sales guy "Al" said they would take care of these things because I came all the way out from California. He left to talk to his boss and I called and spoke to my wife. My wife and I decided we weren't going to get the truck, but what really surprised me was "Al" came back out and said they weren't going to do anything or drop the price because they already reduced the price. Keep in mind, I never negotiated for a lower price because they were giving me a fair offer on the camaro. I was gonna give them what they were asking for the truck $38,100. I left and thanked them for wasting my day. It cost me $700.00 for taking off of work and gas to get there and back. As of today, I noticed the truck is still for sale, buyer beware!! Hands down, worst service dept ive had to deal with... Had a recall on my challenger, called to schedule it for repair. Had it towed to the stealership because I was worried the timing chain would break. They "fixed" it but stated I now had a had coolant leak. I drove to the shop with a trailer and asked the "tech" to show me the leak and you could see clear as day where he hit the center of the radiator with a tool. He denied it of course and I had the manager look. He agreed to buy me a radiator but I had to install it and he kept saying he was skeptical as to why I had it towed in. I'm a 14 year auto and heavy machinery mechanic. I'm no dummy, I got a check engine light for cam/crank sensor correlation 2 days after receiving the recall notice, so I wasn't going to chance any engine damage. I absolutely hate taking my vehicles to someone else to work on because I know the quality of work may not be what I expect. This place was 100% of what I fear. They wanted over $1000 to fix what they clearly damaged, but they also didn't expect me to call them out on it. Beware!!!! read more

I can't say anything about the service department since I just bought my car but the sales staff was great. The car was ready when they promised it, the gas tank was full, it was clean and the salesman spent a lot of time explaining the features and pairing up our cell phones. I like the fact that the first oil change is free and I can get as many free washes as I want. So far, so good. read more

Buyer be ware!! Bought a used Malibu from the internet. When I got to the Swanty's to pay for the car, salesman ask if I want to drive it - I said no need, I like the car. They hadn't washed or clean the vehicle but still had it for sale. They hadn't even serviced the vehicle they were trying to sell!!! Went to leave, the door locks didn't work - they did fix the locks, it only took three weeks to get that done. 500 miles later, check engine came on. 100 mile after that gas gauge didn't work. Salesperson got their money, then ?. I can speak highly enough of the finance person (Duwanye) and the part department person (Willy). They both bent over backwards to help me. read more
