The mechanic took my truck here left it running unattended?I have brought two vehicles here and it's been a nightmare. Been told Anderson ford will not service your tires on a dully ? Rotation rebalancing etc.

Shady dealership...Buyers beware.... I was trying to buy a Hummer H3, it was recently acquired by the dealer. The price was already posted all over the web with a set price of 24,950.00. The salesman went MIA for several hours after going back and forth on getting my information. (They knew they were getting a lot of interest for the vehicle, so they do their typical waiting game) They stated it hasn't been through inspection, detailed and the basics like oil changed/tire rotation. They finally got in touch with me, told me the price is 29k plus a savings of 2k(blah, blah, blah). I said no, the price you posted on the web stated for 25k, they turn around and tell me well we dont have to do the basic oil changed, detailed, inspection. I laughed and just stop responded. great/trusty dealerships always do the right thing, they get a vehicle in, they do the prep work before posting it online. Ive been buying vehicles for a very long time, traveled to a lot of states and never encountered this behavior. I'm probably on my 50th vehicle and I was very disappointed with this practice.

    Oil keeps leaking out

I saw the beautiful Ford on their corner spot, proudly on display, so I had my friend, who happens to be a guy, turn around, as I'm in the market. I recently was broken in an auto accident, from which I'm at the end phase of receiving a settlement for, and my too big for me due to injury beast was just paid off beginning of this month, she's for sale. I'm looking for same make and model, as I do tow a rig, but shorter so it's not as hard to get into, and will fit under my fifth wheel without a severe tilt. Beautiful truck, both of them. 20k for mine. She's a long bed crewcab on a 4 inch lift and 33 in tires Anyway, we pulled up and they started circling immediately, 2 salesmen. My friend, who's like a brother, was trying to find the easiest spot to let me out so he could park and they were at his window. Mind you, he's not in the market, I am. My friend told him that we were trying to find a parking space up the little hill so I could get out, np. Pulled up the hill, the other salesman is at his window before he could put his truck in park. Explained to him I'm in the market, he was just dropping me by the truck and was gonna park. OK. Salesman comes up to me introductions are made, and he asked me what are we looking for today? Third time, very specifically, I'm in the market. That's my friend. I'd like to look at this f250. Is it gas or diesel? He very happily replied diesel! Well dang, I need gas, same size, same make n model, but I smoke weed every day and need to stick with what Im used to, as my big rig driving days are behind me. I forgot to mention, I drove semis, right after getting disabled in the army. I had just taken my DV hat off 5 minutes prior to adorn my crown with a matching hot pink "crazy heifer" lid i purchased at chevron, where i stopped to pee. Shoulda waited, maybe they woulda seen, yes i do have an income without actually having to say it. He tried uninterestedly to push a few f150s on me and a ram 1500, indicating he heard nothing I clearly said about same size but shorter. I told him I just paid off a big beautiful f250, she's for sale, and I just needed a newer shorter one. He proceeded to THEN tell me they were hard to come by. No way!! As I was leaving, I heard him say to the other salesman, "you're up". I guess another potential but lost sale turned left at the light. Hope "you're up" uses different tactics because my "sales rep" needs alotta bedside manner practice. I just had 14 staples and a bunch of broken hardware removed from my back. Vultures. Do better, I'm a dang human being not a paycheck. Coulda been a good one too, but definately not for $62k and 6 years old lol that's just crazy talk

I got busy with my new job so I didn't contact them about this for a while, but when I did call to ask about the repair they said they had already ordered the bumper and arranged a time for me to come in and get it replaced. Problem was with the evap system, and the abs brakes system. Was told that it was fixed each time, but the same problem kept showing up. Finally, they gave up trying to diagnose the system. They sent it to the chevy dealership. Chevy said 1. bad abs module 2. bad purge valve 3. bad vent valve 4. bad canister Kingman auto plaza said they were going to fix it, and never did. Talked to the mechanic and was told that the only thing that they did to repair it was replace the purge valve. A employee name Tom, told me that everything but the abs module was fixed. He lied the mechanic was honest and told me the truth. Even with the vehicle properly diagnosed from Chevy, they still would not fix the problem. I asked for a vehicle safety inspection report on the vehicle, and was told no. I asked for invoices for everything that had done to the car, was told no. I cannot believe that Tom will not give me a receipt for "service" rendered. I will be telling as many people as I can about this company. Save yourself the hassle, buy from some else. I am not sure this car is even safe to drive with the brake problem... Crazy how these guys can get away with this.

One of the biggest things you can do when doing your homework when buying a car is to research the dealerships. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, I can save you a big step and direct you to High Desert Hyundai. We drove just around 2 hours from Las Vegas to Kingman as the Hyundai dealers in Vegas are all owned by the same company and do not have a sterling reputation in our city. We felt like family from the moment we walked through the door and met Ronnie. He is fantastic, very knowledgeable about cars and all you can ask for in a salesperson. You will hear a lot of "how can I earn your business?" in the car industry. The best way to do this is to make your customers feel valued. You feel like yourself here not like another walking dollar sign that is about to get hosed by another "stealership." Everything here was transparent. What we asked for in our new Tucson; we received. We later met with Mike one of the Managers and he was excellent. We were never pressured to buy anything and none of that pay extra for Nitrogen tire nonsense that you will see from big city dealers. The family at High Desert Hyundai has a true passion for cars and it shows. This is not a place where you are going to a foofy 10-dollar cappuccino when you walk in, but what you will get is a throwback experience to when a customer was treated like the most important person in the showroom. Move up from the bottom feeders and head to High Desert Hyundai in Kingman. It is worth the drive from anywhere. This will not be the last car we buy from High Desert Hyundai.

I brought my vehicle to High Desert Hyundai (HDH) in April 2025 for an ongoing brake pulsation…read moreissue caused by rotor warpage. HDH performed a temporary rotor resurfacing instead of a full repair, and the issue returned in less than a year. In February 2026, I returned for another inspection required for Hyundai's warranty review. HDH charged me $150 for a brake inspection even though the dealership advertises brake inspections as free on its website and through USPS mailers. I later found one of those mailers addressed directly to me while preparing for a small claims filing to recover the improper charge based on guidance from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. When I requested a refund for being charged for a service HDH publicly advertises as free, I received contradictory explanations and unprofessional treatment from Nick White, a manager at HDH. The more I asked for clarity, the more defensive he became. Instead of addressing the facts, he accused me of harassment, called my request for documentation "brazen and mildly insulting," and told me to seek service elsewhere, despite HDH being the only Hyundai dealership in Mohave County. His tone changed immediately after I pointed out inconsistencies in their paperwork and advertising. Because of the refusal to refund the $150 charge and the way the situation was handled, I was left with no choice but to pursue the matter in small claims court to exercise my consumer rights. After I was barred from service, I received a handwritten note via USPS from Mr. White stating he was "serious" about purchasing my vehicle for an upcoming Memorial Day sales event. Given the circumstances, I viewed this as unsolicited and inappropriate. HDH initially recommended rotor repair under warranty, but the claim was later denied, and HDH still insisted on charging me for a brake inspection they advertise as free. This was not the only time I was charged for a service they promote at no cost, which speaks for itself. I should also note that HDH performed a routine oil change prematurely in December 2022, resulting in an out of pocket expense. Hyundai Corporate ultimately absorbed that cost along with the first improper $150 charge for the "free" brake inspection. To date, HDH has not been held accountable for these repeated issues, which is concerning. I am sharing this so future customers understand what I experienced and how HDH handles service and warranty interactions. If you rely on your vehicle's warranty and this dealership for service, document everything in writing, verify all charges, and request all records up front. I have uploaded the facts so consumers can review them for themselves.
