We purchased a vehicle from the dealership a couple months ago over the internet. The salesman…read moremisrepresented the condition of the vehicle and it's history. We returned the vehicle several days later. We received a signed receipt saying the truck was returned and I would be getting my $500 down payment back in 14 days. Well after 5 weeks, and repeated calls to both people and the answering machine I still don't have my money. I have been calm and respectful throughout the process and am only leaving this negative review as a last resort. This is why used car dealerships have the reputation they have. $500 seems like a small price to pay to keep your good name. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

Purchased a 2007 chevy uplander from this company. Was promised. 1. Fix the ac 2. Check engine…read morelight 3. Brake issues Had to take the vehicle in to them 8 times!Every time we got it back the abs light would come back on, and the check engine. Took it down to autozone and had is scanned each time. Problem was with the evap system, and the abs brakes system. Was told that it was fixed each time, but the same problem kept showing up. Finally, they gave up trying to diagnose the system. They sent it to the chevy dealership. Chevy said 1. bad abs module 2. bad purge valve 3. bad vent valve 4. bad canister Kingman auto plaza said they were going to fix it, and never did. Talked to the mechanic and was told that the only thing that they did to repair it was replace the purge valve. A employee name Tom, told me that everything but the abs module was fixed. He lied the mechanic was honest and told me the truth. Even with the vehicle properly diagnosed from Chevy, they still would not fix the problem. I asked for a vehicle safety inspection report on the vehicle, and was told no. I asked for invoices for everything that had done to the car, was told no. I cannot believe that Tom will not give me a receipt for "service" rendered. I will be telling as many people as I can about this company. Save yourself the hassle, buy from some else. I am not sure this car is even safe to drive with the brake problem... Crazy how these guys can get away with this.

Sigh... what happened. I hate leaving negative reviews but I hate being treated like I was just now…read moremore so, incoming. I saw the beautiful Ford on their corner spot, proudly on display, so I had my friend, who happens to be a guy, turn around, as I'm in the market. I recently was broken in an auto accident, from which I'm at the end phase of receiving a settlement for, and my too big for me due to injury beast was just paid off beginning of this month, she's for sale. I'm looking for same make and model, as I do tow a rig, but shorter so it's not as hard to get into, and will fit under my fifth wheel without a severe tilt. Beautiful truck, both of them. 20k for mine. She's a long bed crewcab on a 4 inch lift and 33 in tires Anyway, we pulled up and they started circling immediately, 2 salesmen. My friend, who's like a brother, was trying to find the easiest spot to let me out so he could park and they were at his window. Mind you, he's not in the market, I am. My friend told him that we were trying to find a parking space up the little hill so I could get out, np. Pulled up the hill, the other salesman is at his window before he could put his truck in park. Explained to him I'm in the market, he was just dropping me by the truck and was gonna park. OK. Salesman comes up to me introductions are made, and he asked me what are we looking for today? Third time, very specifically, I'm in the market. That's my friend. I'd like to look at this f250. Is it gas or diesel? He very happily replied diesel! Well dang, I need gas, same size, same make n model, but I smoke weed every day and need to stick with what Im used to, as my big rig driving days are behind me. I forgot to mention, I drove semis, right after getting disabled in the army. I had just taken my DV hat off 5 minutes prior to adorn my crown with a matching hot pink "crazy heifer" lid i purchased at chevron, where i stopped to pee. Shoulda waited, maybe they woulda seen, yes i do have an income without actually having to say it. He tried uninterestedly to push a few f150s on me and a ram 1500, indicating he heard nothing I clearly said about same size but shorter. I told him I just paid off a big beautiful f250, she's for sale, and I just needed a newer shorter one. He proceeded to THEN tell me they were hard to come by. No way!! As I was leaving, I heard him say to the other salesman, "you're up". I guess another potential but lost sale turned left at the light. Hope "you're up" uses different tactics because my "sales rep" needs alotta bedside manner practice. I just had 14 staples and a bunch of broken hardware removed from my back. Vultures. Do better, I'm a dang human being not a paycheck. Coulda been a good one too, but definately not for $62k and 6 years old lol that's just crazy talk

Dropped off my wife's truck today for an oil change, Ronnie asked if I wanted a tire rotation too,…read moreI said "might as well, they are due for it". My wife picked up the truck an hr later. when she got in it and started to drive away she heard a loud noise and never left the lot. She saw the exhaust pipe hanging down and rubbing the driver's side rear tire. She went inside then had the tech take a look. Without being told which exhaust pipe, he went right to where the issue was and said "it was like that and since we didn't do it we won't fix it". The girl at the service desk gave my wife an attitude. The girl said "we didn't touch your car". My wife said "yeah you did you rotated the tires". Then my wife was told, "it was like that when it was brought in, you can bring it back in the morning and have a diagnostics done on it". When My wife tried to say anything the girl would talk over her and talk down to her. The truck was perfectly fine with no issues or sounds & the exhaust pipe was not dangling down when Ronnie got the info from it. The tech raised the truck to do the tire rotations & would have noticed it then if it was brought in like that. On the paperwork he notated exhaust rattle. The exhaust pipe was resting on the top of the tire, the tech would have had to lift the pipe up in order to swap out the drivers side rear tire. It takes 2 minutes to tighten the ring clamp while it was on the lift. I think he bumped it off when switching the tires then tried to claim it was like that already. It took me 3 minutes to tighten it without a lift. The girl and the tech Zach Davis ignored my wife and talked down to her. Maybe it is because she is Filipina, As a Nurse my wife depends on her truck every day. She needed assistance on an issue that was caused by the tech. The girl who spoke with my wife treated her very poorly then closed up & locked the doors. We have trusted the service there and bought all of our vehicles from there since 1990. Never again
