We purchased a vehicle from the dealership a couple months ago over the internet. The salesman…read moremisrepresented the condition of the vehicle and it's history. We returned the vehicle several days later. We received a signed receipt saying the truck was returned and I would be getting my $500 down payment back in 14 days. Well after 5 weeks, and repeated calls to both people and the answering machine I still don't have my money. I have been calm and respectful throughout the process and am only leaving this negative review as a last resort. This is why used car dealerships have the reputation they have. $500 seems like a small price to pay to keep your good name. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

Purchased a 2007 chevy uplander from this company. Was promised. 1. Fix the ac 2. Check engine…read morelight 3. Brake issues Had to take the vehicle in to them 8 times!Every time we got it back the abs light would come back on, and the check engine. Took it down to autozone and had is scanned each time. Problem was with the evap system, and the abs brakes system. Was told that it was fixed each time, but the same problem kept showing up. Finally, they gave up trying to diagnose the system. They sent it to the chevy dealership. Chevy said 1. bad abs module 2. bad purge valve 3. bad vent valve 4. bad canister Kingman auto plaza said they were going to fix it, and never did. Talked to the mechanic and was told that the only thing that they did to repair it was replace the purge valve. A employee name Tom, told me that everything but the abs module was fixed. He lied the mechanic was honest and told me the truth. Even with the vehicle properly diagnosed from Chevy, they still would not fix the problem. I asked for a vehicle safety inspection report on the vehicle, and was told no. I asked for invoices for everything that had done to the car, was told no. I cannot believe that Tom will not give me a receipt for "service" rendered. I will be telling as many people as I can about this company. Save yourself the hassle, buy from some else. I am not sure this car is even safe to drive with the brake problem... Crazy how these guys can get away with this.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent visit to Auto 66…read more I visited your dealership after seeing a motorcycle (https://66autosales.com/2014-yamaha-vstar-xvs950-cruiser-kingman-az-86401/7496532) advertised for sale on your website. I was genuinely interested in purchasing the bike and arrived prepared to do so, with approximately $4,000 available for the purchase. However, my experience at your dealership was both frustrating and discouraging. When I inquired about the motorcycle, the salesperson I spoke with was dismissive and rude. Rather than providing professional customer service or explaining the situation respectfully, I was simply told that the motorcycle was for a raffle and was not available for purchase. This was confusing because the motorcycle remained listed on your website as being for sale. As a customer, I drove to your dealership based on the information presented online, only to be turned away without a satisfactory explanation. The discrepancy between your advertising and what I was told in person wasted my time and left me questioning the accuracy of your listings. What made the experience even more troubling was the manner in which I was treated. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Based on the attitude and behavior displayed toward me, I could not help but feel that I was being judged because of my appearance and the color of my skin. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression I was left with after my visit. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism regardless of their appearance or background. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Auto 66. As a result of this incident, I have decided that I will not be doing business with Auto 66 in the future. I will also be sharing my experience with friends and family so they can make informed decisions about where they choose to shop. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews both the advertising of the motorcycle and the conduct of the salesperson involved, and takes steps to ensure future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

My 2017 Kia Niro was towed to this dealership on September 4 and remained there until I ultimately…read morehad it towed elsewhere on September 14. I authorized their $220 diagnostic fee. A few days after the vehicle arrived, service advisor Sydney called and told me the car needed, at minimum, a new hybrid battery and fuel pump, with a verbal estimate of approximately $6,400. My concern was what happened after that. I repeatedly called and emailed requesting the written diagnostic findings and an itemized estimate so I could understand exactly what had been tested, what had failed, and how the approximately $6,400 estimate was calculated. I never received either one. Communication was also extremely poor. Multiple emails to Sydney went unanswered, and I only received a response after calling the dealership, speaking with someone else, and explaining that my emails had not been answered. Because I live approximately two hours away from the dealership, I was relying heavily on phone and email communication for updates, which made the lack of response especially frustrating. When I ultimately arranged to have the vehicle towed elsewhere, I gave the dealership relatively short notice, so I understand they may not have had sufficient time to fully reassemble everything before the tow arrived. After the vehicle was delivered to my home, I discovered that the rear seat remained removed for access to the hybrid battery, a large underbody cover panel had been removed and placed inside the vehicle, and some electrical/fuse connections remained disconnected under the hood and inside the car. My primary concern is that after my vehicle spent 10 days at an authorized Kia dealership, and after being given a verbal diagnosis involving thousands of dollars in repairs, I still could not obtain a written diagnostic report or itemized estimate despite repeatedly requesting them. When a customer is being told a vehicle requires over $6,400 in repairs, I believe providing that information in writing is a very reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through I experienced fell far short of what I expected from an authorized Kia service department, and I would not use this service department again.

Dropped off my wife's truck today for an oil change, Ronnie asked if I wanted a tire rotation too,…read moreI said "might as well, they are due for it". My wife picked up the truck an hr later. when she got in it and started to drive away she heard a loud noise and never left the lot. She saw the exhaust pipe hanging down and rubbing the driver's side rear tire. She went inside then had the tech take a look. Without being told which exhaust pipe, he went right to where the issue was and said "it was like that and since we didn't do it we won't fix it". The girl at the service desk gave my wife an attitude. The girl said "we didn't touch your car". My wife said "yeah you did you rotated the tires". Then my wife was told, "it was like that when it was brought in, you can bring it back in the morning and have a diagnostics done on it". When My wife tried to say anything the girl would talk over her and talk down to her. The truck was perfectly fine with no issues or sounds & the exhaust pipe was not dangling down when Ronnie got the info from it. The tech raised the truck to do the tire rotations & would have noticed it then if it was brought in like that. On the paperwork he notated exhaust rattle. The exhaust pipe was resting on the top of the tire, the tech would have had to lift the pipe up in order to swap out the drivers side rear tire. It takes 2 minutes to tighten the ring clamp while it was on the lift. I think he bumped it off when switching the tires then tried to claim it was like that already. It took me 3 minutes to tighten it without a lift. The girl and the tech Zach Davis ignored my wife and talked down to her. Maybe it is because she is Filipina, As a Nurse my wife depends on her truck every day. She needed assistance on an issue that was caused by the tech. The girl who spoke with my wife treated her very poorly then closed up & locked the doors. We have trusted the service there and bought all of our vehicles from there since 1990. Never again

Yelp Review: Stockton Hill Tires…read more Our Volvo was driving like a bucking bronco, so after getting a referral we scheduled an alignment at Stockton Hill Tires on January 6th. After the alignment, they told us the tires needed balancing as well, so we agreed to that. They took the car on three test drives and assured us each time that it was running "smooth" and everything "looked good." We were told maybe we had "bad" tires or possibly a problem with the transmission and sent on our way. Saying the Volvo was driving "smooth" couldn't have been further from the truth. The moment we got in the car, it was vibrating and bouncing just as badly as before. It genuinely felt like they wanted us out the door rather than taking the time to diagnose the real issue. When we got home, a simple Google search pointed to bad CV joints and control arms. We took the car to Tire Works in Bullhead City, and they confirmed exactly that. It's hard to believe Stockton Hill Tires didn't catch something so obvious. Tire Works replaced the parts, and now our Volvo drives perfectly. The staff at Stockton Hill Tires were friendly, but friendliness doesn't fix a car. Whether they didn't know what they were doing or just didn't want to deal with it, the result was the same. Based on our experience, I can't recommend them. Tire Works in Bullhead City, on the other hand, got the job done right.
