We highly recommend Danny and his crew, and will definitely use them again for future work. Danny made a point of having his guys stay with the job from start until it was finished. He also worked with us on costs, and giving excellent recommendations of things that we should consider and things that we could eliminate. He also recommended where to go for appliances, granite for kitchen countertops, light fixtures and more. Because we were out of town for part of the work, Danny regularly sent photos of the progress and was in touch about questions that came up. They painted the entire house, completely renovated the kitchen, took out old paneling in the family room, removed and installed new carpet, refinished all of the hardwood floors, installed new light fixtures and door hardware throughout, put in a new vanity in one of the bathrooms, fixing a deck and patio, cleaning up the front walkway and painting, and other miscellaneous things. Again, we highly recommend Turnkey Properties!

The kitchen and basement were then ripped apart. After dealing with Serv Pro and the insurance company (a 7-week process), we started to begin getting our house back, but better! While it wasn't a gigantic remodel, it was one in which a few wishes could come true. Either way, I knew from the beginning who I would use to do anything in our home, due to our dear friends in the neighborhood, the Needlemans. Their friend and contractor(Turn Key Properties) removed walls and renovated their kitchen before they even moved in and I have always loved it! Plus, I knew the Needlemans trusted them completely, so I trusted them completely! 1. They were at my house when they said they would be. 2. They are very reasonable in pricing! 3. They did all and more than they said they would when they got here. 4. They found issues no one else had seen and took care of them, because they are experts in their field and did not try to charge for every tiny thing. 5. The employees are professionals and really did an amazing job with everything! 6. Every day they cleaned up the areas they worked in. 7. They did the work of 2 weeks in one, ( decided to add in additional cabinets and different stone countertops, so still waiting on those). 8. Did I mention that while I telework, I also dog-sit, so there were many companions that the employees sweetly worked around without complaint. 9. While they were here, I found other tasks, like putting up our new TV mounting, etc., aside from the aforementioned areas, and they just did them. 10. They have 5 crews so they can work on multiple projects. 11. Lastly, the work was impeccable! I highly recommend these contractors!! The website is below. Ask for Danny-240-388-1248

I reached out to ND and another company based on the recommendations of coworkers. I did have to circle back fairly regularly to keep the ball rolling, but we selected New Diener's because their quote was hundreds of dollars less than the competitor. Mark Dubin (owner) and Miguel did an amazing job getting the job done quickly and thoroughly, even though I know it was a really small job for them relative to a lot of what they do - Mr. Dubin always made me feel prioritized. The seam is very hard to see and I'm thrilled with the result. I just wanted to recommend New Diener's because I am so happy with the job they did and Mr. Dubin is a true pleasure to work with (and, impressively, he makes architect level floor plan drawings for each of the jobs). He was willing to come at the end of the work day or weekends to ensure I didn't have to leave work midday and was always on time and very responsive. So, if you need carpet work, I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with New Diener's - I really hope they stay in business a long time! The context of our situation was that another contractor had royally screwed up our floors and we needed to re-sand and re-finish the hardwood. There are very few ways to make an entire house unlivable and a bad contractor using cheap products on the floors is one of them. Just trust me on this, do not go cheap on the polyurethane finish material. Go with the premium water based product. AZ can help you choose the best one for you. I found AZ in the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) list of certified professionals. I absolutely had to make sure that I was hiring a real professional and the best contractors self-select into NWFA certification because of rigorous training requirements. AZ also checked all other boxes. They had high-end dustless sanding equipment, certification from leading vendors of flooring products (Bona, Loba, etc), ongoing training, many years of experience, and a very competitive price point. The one thing that struck me about Moises, the owner of AZ was his dedication to his craft. It's hard to find contractors who strive for excellence in this day and age. In summary, good people doing going work for a really good price.
