I have one for you! So, 7 weeks ago, we discovered a leak in our basement, and after some investigation came from our kitchen, thus the process began. The kitchen and basement were then ripped apart. After dealing with Serv Pro and the insurance company (a 7-week process), we started to begin getting our house back, but better! While it wasn't a gigantic remodel, it was one in which a few wishes could come true. Either way, I knew from the beginning who I would use to do anything in our home, due to our dear friends in the neighborhood, the Needlemans. Their friend and contractor(Turn Key Properties) removed walls and renovated their kitchen before they even moved in and I have always loved it! Plus, I knew the Needlemans trusted them completely, so I trusted them completely! 1. They were at my house when they said they would be. 2. They are very reasonable in pricing! 3. They did all and more than they said they would when they got here. 4. They found issues no one else had seen and took care of them, because they are experts in their field and did not try to charge for every tiny thing. 5. The employees are professionals and really did an amazing job with everything! 6. Every day they cleaned up the areas they worked in. 7. They did the work of 2 weeks in one, ( decided to add in additional cabinets and different stone countertops, so still waiting on those). 8. Would use again. Highly recommend. I have had 4 major renovations done, had a house built, and hired workers for a number of jobs over the decades. Danny and his crew are among the best. Pros: fair pricing, efficient, stayed with the job until complete, finished in a timely manner, did good work, easy to work with, trust-worthy, very responsive. I found TurnKey Properties through a referral. I wanted to have two bathrooms renovated, the whole house painted, new carpet installed, some light fixtures replaced and a list of other small jobs. I've used Turn Key Properties for over 8 years. They have remodeled my kitchen, replaced my roof, dug out gutters, snaked out drains, replaced plumbing, repainted my two homes, done myriad drywall and patching and generally are my go-to guys for any work I need done. My kitchen is on their website for their remodeling photos. I'm happy to recommend their company to anyone, and most of my friends have used them because I speak so highly about them. One downside is that they've recently become busy, and can't always get to my job right away. They are usually up-front about their availability, however. This is a company that is responsive and when anything has been amiss, has gone to great lengths to remedy problems. The owner, in particular, is friendly and frank. Oftentimes, he's talked me into cheaper options when my particular inclination may have been more expensive, which ultimately made him less money on the job. I hired Turn Key Properties to do a major set of renovations on my home in August, 2017, including renovating and expanding a bathroom and walk-in closet. I am delighted by my experience with them. Danny was able to meet my agent and me at the house right after our home inspection to give an estimate of work, and communicated often and clearly after that point. He gave me a clear picture of the options for every task, made helpful suggestions while still allowing me to determine how things would look, and explained each part of the process well. While the project was going on, Danny and his team were consistently courteous and took care of the house. The work was very well done, but we also had walkthroughs afterward to make sure each detail was perfect. The work was done ahead of schedule, which was amazing given the number of projects (including tearing out a bathroom and rebuilding it from the studs). It was also done for exactly the price quoted to me: some unexpected expenses came up, but we cancelled those out with savings in some choices we made. I have used this company many, many times. Most recently to totally redo my kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. I will use them again as soon as I fugure out what tile I want in my foyer and one other bathroom. I have had to call the owner in the middle of the night when my basement started flooding. My company reconfigures our office space regularly based on business needs. We use Turn Key Properties several times a month for office renovations and multimedia installations. Everyone in my company is very pleased with the level of work. Great care is taken to insure that displays were absolutely level and projectors were calibrated properly for the best image. The cables were neatly mounted above the ceiling tiles and in the walls. Afterwards, Turn Key cleaned up any debris that had fallen to the floor and made sure the work was to our satisfaction. A potential property management company used TKP for services in my home. I was still in the area for a while, so I could see what they did and what they charged for. First of all, as the owner, I can question what is being billed. Second, you should do what I request, not what YOU think I should do. Third, I will not pay for over billing. For example, TKP was going to charge me $95 for putting a screw into my gutter pipe. Incredible. When I asked them to shut off the water to my refrigerator, TKP decided that they would unscrew and detach the water pipe completely. Choose them at your own risk or choose them if you are going to be around to watch what they do then go through the bill in detail to make sure they are not billing you for some outrageous expense. Also, as a woman, beware of dealing with Danny. He seems to believe that as a woman, despite being the property owner, that you should not question what he does or why. read more
