I would add a touch more salt to the meat but overall very good. I've had some variations of chicken parm here and they have tasted amazing but between the crispy chicken and crusty bread it's like taking sandpaper to your gums. The heat and moisture from the cheesesteak really softens the bread and allowed it to shine. So if you're having a hard time with the bread like me, give the cheesesteak a try. The waffle fries are really good too!

I grew up on the east coast and that sure did not taste like an east coast chicken cheesesteak. The sandwich wasn't put together properly, so everything kept falling out while I was trying to eat it. The grilled peppers were barely even cut up, some were basically huge slices or half a pepper instead of being chopped into pieces that actually fit in a sandwich. On top of that, there was so much grease or butter that it soaked completely through the bread and turned it into a mushy mess. Between the soggy bread, oversized peppers, and filling constantly falling everywhere, it was almost impossible to eat. I got so frustrated that I eventually wrapped the sandwich back up, threw it in the trash and walked out. I ended up walking over to Moku happy hour instead, where I had an appetizer a full meal, and dessert for only about $2 more than this one sandwich cost me. That really put the price and quality into perspective. Definitely not worth it and I won't be ordering this again. Should have asked for my money back!

She made the experience super enjoyable :) I'm glad I went with a friend as we got to try two of their yummy sandwiches! When we went, they are offering different kinds of sandwiches. The sauce they had on the sandwich was just so terrific and onolicious!! We devoured it so fast, I can't remember what else was in it other than it was so freakin awesome! -The pesto sandwich was good too but definitely not as memorable as the roast beef. I can't remember exactly what type of meat it was (possibly turkey?). The pesto sauce was good and they put pickled onions in this sandwich so so Ono!!!

They don't necessarily have a set menu so your best bet is to check out their Instagram page to see where they will be and what will they be serving. My favorite sandwich thus far is their po'ipu (turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, and pesto). The bread they use is foccacia which will fill you up pretty quickly. And because they usually operate during work day hours, it is best that you just eat half of the sandwich to avoid that afternoon crash. Prices for these sandwiches may be on the higher side but the quality of the food makes up for it. This food truck is definitely worth checking out. Make sure you follow their Instagram account and see where they will end up. Pro tip: turn on that notifications to see where they are and head there before the lunch rush appears.

About 10 minutes before my 2:00 PM pickup time, I received a text letting me know my order was ready, which was a nice surprise. I ordered the IL Parma sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. At $24, it's definitely on the expensive side for a sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients and the freshness made it worth every penny. The flavors were fantastic, and I didn't mind paying the premium price after taking that first bite. Parking can be a little tricky. I'm not sure whether customers are allowed to use the Hana Koa parking lot for quick pickups, but a kind employee allowed me to park there while I ran in to grab my order. There are only a few parking spaces directly in front of Bocconcino, so that's something to keep in mind. There's some tables under a covered area, right next to the store. Many people were seated there talking story and enjoying drinks. Overall, a great experience and an excellent sandwich. I'll definitely be back for another Italian sandwich!

I ordered the Bolognese sandwich, which came with mortadella, stracciatella cheese, pistachio crema, and pistachios on top, all on schiacciata bread, which is similar to focaccia. The sandwich was delicious! All of the ingredients tasted fresh, and I especially loved the crunch from the pistachios paired with the meat and creamy cheese. Everything worked so well together. The price was a little steep, though. I paid around $26 for the sandwich including a few dollars for tip. It was really good, though, so I'd get it again as a nice lunch treat!

After looking over the menu options, we stood waiting for quite a while before anyone acknowledged us or took our order. The manager seemed rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. Looking back we should have trusted our first impression, but we decided to give it a chance and see what the hype was about. We each ordered a slice of pizza and took it outside to eat. After eating , we walked past the glass wall of the cafe and I noticed the manager handling and mixing flour with his bare hands, with the flour mixture covering his hands and forearms. I didn't expect to see food prep without disposable gloves and it made me uncomfortable. The pizza itself didn't make up for the experience. At around $22 per slice, I was expecting something exceptional or life-changing, instead, it was pretty underwhelming. The flavor, texture, and overall quality just didn't justify the premium price. Between the unfriendly service, concerns about food handling, and the disappointing pizza, I don't feel the experience was worth the cost of overpriced slices of pizza and I will not be returning nor will I recommend Little G Cafe to others. There are plenty of other pizza spots in Honolulu, including Boston's Pizza, that offer better value and a much more welcoming atmosphere.

They have some creative other slices like vodka sauce with pesto etc which are tasty but if you're a pizza purist and lover you can't go wrong with two cheese slices. There aren't much frills so you can have water or soda from their mini fridge. Almost like going to a corner pizza place in the city. Sandwiches available sometimes. We go early for lunch on Sundays and grab a seat outside. The proprietor was especially kind and friendly to my FIL and I appreciated that. Overall this is the second best NY style pizza place after black shamrock by a small margin - the Jersey pie at shamrock with its awesome sauce and perfect crust is hard to beat but don't think you can order it by the slice. So very very close.

Conveniently located near Duke's, there's one outdoor table nearby, but really, just pick up a sandwich and take it to the beach! Staff was very friendly. Plenty of options for sandwiches and salads (and maybe more options, just what I noticed). I got the tuna sandwich and added a slice of pepper jack. I said no mayo or mustard, though I'd probably recommend mayo. There are so many veggies that it needs a little sauce. The veggies make you feel like you're eating something super healthy! Skipping this place would be a crime. And prices are very reasonable for what you get. It's a hidden gem, tucked inside the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort just to the right of Duke's. I've been here many times and have ordered both smoothies and sandwiches. Let me tell you, the bread is incredibly soft, the greens are crisp and fresh, and the protein is ALWAYS tasty. The team works hard to craft your sandwich every time, and I always get a warm "thank you" when I pick mine up (I swear I got into a thank-you battle once, and of course, they won). I highly recommend the tuna sandwich. It's seasoned perfectly and generously filled with tuna. The greens are always piled high. Shredded carrots, spinach leaves, and more sprouts than you'd think possible. It's healthy and DELICIOUS. I usually add avocado, and the sandwich with avocado comes out to $13.75, which is a great deal for Waikiki. Oh! and you get a little skewer of two pineapple slices! It's cute, refreshing, and perfectly ripe every time. The last smoothie I ordered was the Avocado Green Island. It's made with mango, avocado, spinach, banana, greek yogurt, and coconut milk. It's creamy, slightly tangy, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. I've also tried their chicken salad sandwich (money!) and my favorite, the Captain Salad. I recommend getting it with Caesar dressing. The brand of ranch they use isn't really my thing. They also have a homemade balsamic vinagarette that sounds amazing. The salad is huge, topped with turkey and generous crumbles of bacon. I'm telling you, they're serving hit after hit after hit at this spot. Go and enjoy ASAP!
