It was relatively easy because there was a patient, friendly staff at the door to help customers install the app, or in my case, update the app. Inside the busy, cozy store, merchandise was organized neatly in the brightly lit, clean environment! Now their check in is different you have to scan either or CVS card or enter your information on the screen. Then the associate will bring the medication to you and ring you up.
