I actually came here specifically for an Amazon return that I could not return to the UPS store. I totally forgot that they had a Sephora in here, but I made sure that I did not go in there because I would've left homeless.. we ended up getting a few things for my daughter and I picked up a little bar of chocolate just to make the specific amount in order to obtain a reward coupon. We ended up making it and then we left and as soon as we got to the car, we realized there was something else that we needed, and we could probably find it here. So lo and behold, we found ourselves right back inside the store making another purchase and trying to make the amount so we can get another reward coupon. I walked right by the Sephora area and started to get tempted, but I am very proud of myself because I have never had so much self-control in my life. I could literally feel it seeping out of my bones. It did not feel good but once I got outside I was so proud of myself and got a warm tingly feeling-no I didn't have to use the toilet.. Anyways I had a good experience, the staff were friendly and kind. They talked to me about rewards stuff and convinced me to apply for a credit card that I'll probably rarely use because I'm afraid of going back lol. The tingly feeling didn't last long enough to combat the feeling of the seeping from TRYING to have self control. We will see how it goes. I will eventually have to come back for something. I'll find an excuse!!

We were looking for apparel for the entire family and walked away with some truly awesome clothing items. The store itself left an incredible impression on us--clean, well-organized, and packed with fantastic variety and value. What truly transformed this from a standard retail trip into a memorable experience was the stellar customer service provided by Al and Shiloh. It is incredibly rare to find retail associates who exhibit such dedication, warmth, and genuine professionalism. They went out of their way to ensure our family felt taken care of, making a massive positive impact on our visit. Management needs to know that Al and Shiloh are tremendous assets to this brand. We went to the perfume and jewelry area, and asked someone if they had that brand. We were pointed to another area that got us closer. Another attendant was able to help us, and find the brand we are looking for. They exactly had the Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, and it was at the regular price of about 35 dollars. We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands. My dad and I will be back to get more of the shaving cream when needed, and get upscale clothes when there are sales. Overall: A because the customer service is great here.

The staff was really incredible. They were so helpful from the beginning to end and also when I told the sales person that well I really need some of the makeup today she said no problem we can give you some samples. I never had that happen before and I was surprised they even did that service so I wanted to make sure to do a shout out to Macy's at the Fla mall because they made my experience super seamless and I can't wait to pick up my items tomorrow.

Only rich people could shop there 2. Splash the mermaid learned how to speak English there in less than a day So, it wasn't until a co-worker of mine told me she got a beautiful Karl Lagerfeld dress for less than $50 at a super sale they were having that I finally decided to step foot in this place. Turns out she was right. I ended up getting a very beautiful dress myself for around the same price. Since then, I've gone quite a number of times. Heck, I took my mom there the last time she was in town, and she had the same attitude I use to have at first. She kept telling me: "No mi'ja, that place is too expensive! Why would you go there?" Until we hit that sales rack and I got her a very elegant, and beautiful shirt for a fraction of the original price. Now, in order to find these gems, you HAVE to be willing to spend time looking around, but I promise it'll be worth it, but I mean, if you want to pay an exorbitant amount, you can find that quite easily too. On a side note, they have a coffee/juicebar on the first floor in case all that shopping works up a thirst.
